The new restaurant did not disappoint. This is truly a new place in every way. I was seated on time after having a cocktail and slacking in the renovation. There was great energy as the place was packed with many enthusiastic patrons. Daniel, our server was amazing and took excellent care of my wife and I. Do not miss the Bbq Shrimp, the corn side dish, and of course the prime rib. We will be back!!!!

My only complaint is that they added a 4% charge for “kitchen staff”. I am really getting tired of more and more restaurants starting to charge extra fees, for staff, for credit card usage, etc., especially when not published to the customer beforehand. These costs need to be addressed as a cost of doing business and not being passed on to the customer as extra charges and fees. The cost of menus at a restaurant have risen significantly over the last several years without adding yet additional costs.

Fantastic experience and food! We tried a rum flight and had the chef tasting menu. Both were curated perfectly and phenomenal, with surprises that we likely would have missed ordering on our own (including the desserts, which we often skip when dining out). We left very full and satisfied!

This was our fourth or fifth visit to Chophouse Nola!!! We'll be back again next trip to Nola. This establishment has set high standards for itself and met them all....as was the case on all our previous visits.....flawless service, prime steaks always done to perfection, quality cocktails, extensive wine list, many good choices available by the glass, too. Don't miss the baked shrimp appetizer. Memorable!

The service and food was outstanding. I traveled with my daughter for my “traveling into 50” goal. This was my splurge meal in New Orleans and I was not disappointed! We both had the ribeye and then split the fries (plenty of food). Drinks were delicious and the dessert was out of this world. I decided to eat as many bread puddings as I could this trip and this was by far my favorite!

Discover Warehouse District

Many restaurants in the revitalized Warehouse District of New Orleans face the Mississippi River, letting you enjoy outdoor seating and excellent jazz music. While you can find pizza and barbecue here, the specialty in this part of town is Creole cuisine. From upscale French restaurants to Italian bistros, everything has a Creole flair. From Louisiana crab cakes to crawfish with basil pesto, Creole-inspired dishes take center stage while inviting you to try new combinations. The Warehouse District is also known as the Arts District, so after you finish your barbecued shrimp or hearty gumbo, check out the many art exhibits down Julia Street. Home of Chef Emeril Lagasse's original restaurant, the warm and energetic atmosphere of this neighborhood makes it a great place to have dinner in New Orleans.
