I was a bit concerned that the hype surrounding this restaurant was not true. I needn’t have worried. The experience was top notch! We did not have to wait for ages and were shown to our table 2 minutes early. The waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. Our order was placed and within an entirely acceptable period our food arrived. The starter was delicious and exceeded expectations. The two main courses were also excellent and mine, braised short ribs, well exceeded my expectations. Our server kindly remembered and acknowledged our anniversary; the candle in the dessert was a very nice touch - many thanks. The dessert, sticky toffee pudding, was better than delicious - it was almost decadent! It is certainly not cheap but was within sensible limits. The wine and cocktail were also good value. The atmosphere is not convivial to intimate conversation and my Apple Watch kept warning me it was too noisy! Overall a pleasant surprise as the meal was outstanding, much better than I dared hoped it would be. Thanks to our server Brian.

Great place for breakfast! Portions are big. We had 3 sunny side up eggs with chicken sausages and hash browns, spinach and goat cheese omelet, and crepe with berries and whipped cream on the side. Everything was delicious! The only thing is omelet was very low salt, but it's better than too salty. You can always add salt. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and very nice. The place was packed but they were very fast. Will come back!

Absolutely incredible dining experience from start to finish. I would love to leave some can't miss items but every item we had I would struggle to not order again. The sourdough, amazing. Pizza, superb. Pasta dishes, perfect. Service was also friendly, timely, and impeccable. I love this neighborhood in Las Vegas and I'm so excited that on my next trip I know I'll be at Esther's again.

This buffet is well-located (and marked clearly with the signs) in the Caesar's Palace. Well-lit, modern-chic and brightly decorated. The use of the kiosk to pay first allows for efficient payment methods. There is indeed a wide selection of food and cuisine choices, ranging from American, Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, French, Filipino, Korean, Japanese and Chinese, not to mention amazing seafood such as snow crab legs (that they already crack for you). Pace yourself and skip the carbs so you can fill your stomach with the value items!! I had an excellent time; almost all dishes were hits and very few misses. The service was also excellent; the servers took our drink orders, gave them to us swiftly and cleared our plates each time making for a pleasant, clean and delicious dining experience.
