The primary and private dining rooms are located in the original first floor gathering spaces. The intimate restaurant deftly juxtaposes modern orange vinyl chairs with black and white portraits of Bridgehampton’s agrarian history, handblown glassware with delicate seasonal flowers. Featuring one-on-one service, the restaurant cozily seats 50 while offering a more relaxed atmosphere in the warm months on our private patio, which has been reconfigured to capture the beauty and peacefulness of our Inn’s garden.
Our thoughtfully playful dinner menus change bi-weekly, with the season, and feature the best available, locally-gathered ingredients. That means 800+ recipes a year - how exciting! Each week: the menu consistently serves a form of duck and fish, an iteration of the fritter - lobster, artichoke, zucchini - and our all-time favorite cheeses found at Loaves & Fishes Food Store on cheese stones.

Co-founder and chef Jason Weiner creates seasonally focused ever-changing menus that are guided by a market driven ethos. We highlight our personal relationships with growers, fishermen, artisans and winemakers.
Our menus are artisanal and market driven featuring some updated takes on classic french/mediterannean cuisine, ethnic street food and lots of stuff in between.
We are obsessive about the handmade...We hang our own charcuterie, grind our own sausage, ferment our own kimchi, dry age own steaks, and smoke our own fish & bacon.
The wine list, handpicked by co-owner Eric Lemonides, offers an affordable selection of wines. Specialty cocktails, NY craft beers, and raw bar selections, along with the entire menu are available at the restaurant’s 15 seat bar.

Ensconced in prime Bridgehampton, Armin and Judy is inspired by the Riviera locales of the Mediterranean, Basque coastal towns and country side road inns. The restaurant has an in-house retail bakery with hand-made viennoiserie and pastry made daily. Our pizza dough and breads are fermented to perfection and hand made pasta made on site. We use only local and sustainably sourced seafood and local farm to table produce from our favorite farmers. Our oysters are from Widow's Hole North Fork Oyster Farm and are unprecedented year round. There is a full bar and whimsically detailed wine list. Our Kitchen is lead by Chef Joseph Thompson.....
Make sure to visit our Boulangerie and Grocer open everyday (where all our baked goods, caviar and prepared foods are sold while they last) ensconced with all the ingredient of the Kitchen).

CELEBRATING 54 YEARS
The Old Stove Pub is a Hamptons Classic Steakhouse. Originally opened in 1967 as a Pub, then in 1969 The Old Stove Pub transformed into a Greek Restaurant and Steakhouse. The Old Stove Pub has been closed for several years and completed extensive renovations and restoration. The process took over a year to complete, while also keeping much of the original detail and charm. Re-opened in July of 2020, the Old Stove Pub is now considered one of the best restaurants in the Hamptons, not only for the food, but for our friendly and welcoming service.
We offer outdoor dining in our HUGE tent, front patio, dinner inside and a reduced capacity, and Bar Seating. There is TAKE OUT as well.
