The Sage Student Bistro operates as a customer-focused classroom providing our students an opportunity to refine their culinary, bakery, service and supervisory skills. In this setting, the element of time is as important as the food and service. Because it is a classroom, the Bistro is only open when classes are in session during each quarter. A standard menu is offered at lunch, and features student specials. Dinner service offers tasting menus and select student-crafted courses. THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations are available and recommended for both lunch and dinner. Walk-ins will be served as possible. Reservations for groups up to 6 persons are available through OpenTable.com or the widget below. Groups larger than 6 should contact us for reservations.
Attire at Sage: During lunch service casual attire is welcome. During dinner service, business casual to casual elegant is strongly encouraged.

Hiro 88 is an up-scale Pan-Asian restaurant in Omaha's Old Market. Serving some of Omaha's best sushi along with award winning Chinese food we have something for everyone's palate. We offer an extensive selection of sake, wine, beer and liquor.
We can accommodate up to 25 diners in our private room and have experience with events ranging from rehearsal dinners to pharmaceutical presentations.
In addition to our dining room and lounge we also have two large patios. Both Patios have full dinner and drink service. We also have Happy Hours Monday-Friday 3pm to 630pm, and Saturday 3pm to 6pm and Reverse Happy Hour Friday and Saturday 10pm to Close and all day Sunday!!!
For groups of 8 or more we do add 20% gratuity to the check. Please specify if you will need separate checks, have children that will require a highchair, if a high top table will be acceptable, or if any guests in your party has dietary restrictions that we need to be made aware of.

We came back after going when they first opened. It was just as amazing as our first visit. Great food & service. We appreciate the small details like boxing up our food. Our waiter was so friendly and made our daughters birthday extra special- she was so surprised! Thank you for another memorable experience!

Went there for happy hour. Happy hour bites are generous and delicious. Brussels sprouts with the pork belly added were fabulous. Tables for two are pretty small if you order more than one appetizer with your drinks. Service was great. It got noisy later on.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the patio at Memoir. The service was attentive but not intrusive and we enjoyed the happy hour perk of 25% off on a bottle of wine. It was our wedding anniversary and our server gave us a free dessert in honor of the occasion. The Pana Cotta with fresh berries was delicious!
