Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. There is also a stylish bar and a large outdoor dining area, covered with awnings and umbrellas and surrounded by a garden of herbs and edible flowers. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking. The menu is based on the foods one would find at a farmer’s market: fresh, seasonal, and regional. Marche is committed to using only those ingredients that are at their best, so our menu evolves as we move through the seasons of the year. Marche also believes in using the highest quality and most healthful ingredients available and to that end use organic, free range, and chemical free products. The culinary technique is French-based: intensely flavored and simply but beautifully presented.

Mazzi's Italian Food Restaurant

Since 1970. It has been our pleasure to serve the freshest and most delicious Italian and Sicilian food available. It really started before 1970, when Tommaso "Mazzi" Ernandes decided to set out from his home in Favignana, a little island about 12 miles off the westernmost tip of Sicily. His son, Frank, attended the University of Oregon in Eugene and, after graduating, decided to open a little Italian restaurant named after his father. Papa wanted to be where the action was and took Mama with him. They loved to help around the restaurant. Many of our recipes are adapted from the families of Papa and Mama Mazzi, and originate from Favignana. Each dish carries the homemade stamp of quality usually found only in the Italian home kitchen. That is why we like to say that when you are at Mazzi's, you are in our home. The food is made for you as it has always been prepared for our own family. We use the finest ingredients we can buy. Our vegetables are fresh and, when in season, usually from our own farm or the local area. The fresh basil, which is the main ingredient in our pesto, is grown on our own family farm. Our tomato products are grown and packed by a small Italian family-owned farm. Our bread is baked in our kitchen early each morning. We make our Italian sausage according to the recipe from our cousin, Franco Ernandes of Favignana, and our fettuccine is made daily on a little pasta machine from Italy. So, when we say "We hope you enjoy our food," we want you to know that we are talking about the food of our family, our history, our heritage.

North Fork is a brand-new eatery that pulls its inspiration from the northwest outdoors, with a key focus on sourcing ingredients from local farmers and purveyors within Oregon. Our space, crafted from reclaimed fir down to the bar, and the locally-sourced garnishes in our cocktails, all contribute to a superior farm-to-fork dining experience. We proudly serve Oregon grassfed beef and wild seafood harvested from the rivers and coastline of Oregon. Moreover, we showcase Oregon's award-winning beer varieties and present a curated wine list from the region's smaller vineyards. It's our mission to become the preferred dining spot for individuals looking to savor Oregon's distinct flavors and aesthetic beauty, and the local's choice for a friendly gathering place.

Situated on the main floor of the Gordon Hotel, The Gordon Tavern is an oasis of Americana. The modern decor with rustic undertones, features natural wood accents and serves as the perfect backdrop to a rich and clever menu of classic American comfort food with a northwest flair.

Great steak joint in Eugene - excellent food. Savannah you are fantastic, props to the kitchen and wait staff, and Alex our busser always a pleasure to have such a great crew helping us. Wine list is also very solid.

We have had many wonderful meals here and tonight was another. We shared bread and a salad. My wife had a corn pastry on a bed of roasted vegetables. I had the bouillabaisse. All perfect with very friendly and professional service. Only complaint might be to ask for a little more generous pour for the price of a glass of wine. We’ll be back.

Perfect place for an anniversary dinner! Small intimate space. Everything we tried was delicious. We ordered the prosciutto and burrata and shared both the pasta specials. My espresso martini was also great. Can’t wait to eat here again.
