Got a recommendation from other travelers we met in QC. Fabulous recommendation. Staff and management were extremely attentive. Food was outstanding.

David was a wonderful waiter and took perfect care of us. Our dinner was delicious and ambience was delightful. David is an asset to the Fairmont!

We arrived at Bel Air and weren’t sure we were in the right place; even when we walked in the door of the Bistro. It comes across as a tiny coffee shop and has a dome attached with a view of the small pool. That wasn’t a problem; we just couldn’t make sense of this being such a highly rated restaurant. What a surprise that the meal we had was outstanding. The flavors were wonderful as well as the presentation and service. Favorites included the tomato-burrata salad and Salmon Wellington. Would definitely go back.

It was me and my wife celebrating our wedding anniversary, we couldn't have a better place to do it so. Service was impeccable, everyone were so polite and the piano was so special! The food was fantastic, really good! From now on, we'll come to the Sunday brunch more often!

The ambiance was inviting and the decor was sleek and modern. But the real star of the show was the sushi itself. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the rice was perfectly cooked. The sashimi melted in our mouths and the rolls were creative and packed with flavor. The service was impeccable, with our server being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We never had an empty glass and our dish came out in a timely manner. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this sushi restaurant and will definitely be back. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch sushi experience. A must-try for sushi lovers!
