We were attended to right away, served our drinks, and appetizers arrived soon after. Our table attendant, Kellie, was friendly, courteous and attentive, the servings were well spaced, the food was excellent, and portions were adequate. Over the years, we have frequented several KEG restaurants that were available to places we visited, Vancouver, two in Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Old Montreal, even in Tempe, Arizona, USA, and of course Pointe Claire, which is not far from home. Always, received good service, and good food. A restaurant chain worth recommending. Special thanks to Marina Sideris, Manager of customer service, in Pointe Claire, who looked after us, for our anniversary. She made that evening an exceptionally memorable evening. Chocolate cheesecake and coffee for both was a fine ending for a great meal. I had to ask for a steak knife and even with that, it was difficult. The chop was so dry, it was hard to chew. I had to cut it in tiny pieces to be able to chew it. It was absolutely tasteless and definitely needed some seasoning. I'll never order the Pork Chop again!
