- TSTimSvipVancouver / British Columbia •18 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAnother perfect evening at sidecut. We come here a lot, and for good reason: they get it right. Cocktails are original well made and generous (also strong!) The menu is small but thoughtful and clearly designed to play to the chefs' strengths. Bring a steak loving friend and order the chateaubriand, and make sure you get the signature blueberry rub. It'll be a meal you will remember for a long time afterwards. Staff are super friendly and know the menu and thoughtful winelist inside and out. Overall a comfortable welcoming restaurant that manages to avoid feeling like a hotel restaurant and has an identity of its ownMore infoSIDECUT Steakhouse at Four Seasons Resort WhistlerPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Whistler Village•4.8

- SLStevenLChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 2, 2023Very good food - Started with a salad and scallops - very good with pork belly. For dinner we had salmon and bolegnese - needed some comfort food. Service was a little slower than I like, but very very attentive to detail. I would definitely recommend - overall a very good experience.More infoThe Wildflower Restaurant at The Fairmont Chateau WhistlerPrice: Very Expensive• Regional American (Northwest)• Whistler Village•4.6
