Neverland Tea Salon
Not your average tea salon, Neverland is an amalgamation of everything we love: celebration, decadence, ritual, whimsy and creativity. We love variety, so we offer you options on which Neverland experience is right for you. Slip in for a quick indulgence at our Tea Bar Bakery, or enjoy our formal high tea service in our Neverland Room.
For those with dietary intolerances, our chef, Gordon Kuang, has also customized a complex blend of flours to create gluten-free options that are literally indistinguishable in taste and texture from our regular items. The idea is to have those with dietary restrictions not just feel included, but honoured for their differences. No dairy or gluten, and Vegan? We promise to wow you with indistinguishable variations of our high tea pastries, talk-of-the-town scones and full lunch menu.
Please respect our 1 1/2 half hour seating during busy times. Weekends are a minimum spend of $15 per person.

Great attention to detail. Every sweet and savory at tea was beautiful and delicious. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to return!
I’ve been taking my daughter from the last 6 years for high tea on her birthday. This year as always she was very excited and enjoyed the tea and food. I always order something from the Menu, but this time I was very disappointed with the minimum charge per person and the food was not good. It didn’t look or taste good. It felt that was done without care what was never the case before.
I also think it is time to invest on replacing the seating covers.. it is so dirty and just hiding with blankets is not good.
I love the place and plan to keep going back, just sending my honest feedback
Pricey but quaint and delicious! Loved that they have vegan options
Such a great experience, friendly and great staff and amazing tea selections. Will definitely come back! Beautiful place.
Had a great afternon with my special ladies my Mom and my girls for belated and upcoming birthdays and Mother's day redo since my daughter was to sick to join us on Mother's day. We got 3 Traditional and 1 vegan High Tea. The tea was so good I loved the selection and variety and the food was really good and so filling. I also like that they give you 4 price points since High Tea can be pretty pricey in Vancouver . The ambiance was lovled and the ladies are very sweet
Always great service, always great food, always drink far too much tea (if there is such a thing). Came over from the island for it, favourite place!
Kids had a blast.
Love this place but went on a Sunday and didn’t know about the time limit. Would of been fine had they mentioned it at seating but they kinda dropped it on us right when we had to leave and pretty much kicked us out rather abruptly. Had to pack up half of my 40$ meal. They should remind/mention this when they seat you so you have a chance to try and finish your meal on time. Otherwise I love the food and service!!
Magical atmosphere with a lovely attention to detail. Hidden treasures are everywhere. The tea menu is outstanding... always brewed perfectly, and the high tea portions are just right. We enjoy going back again & again to enjoy the new menu creations too.
Great time and fabulous HighTea With so many options - a must try and then go back to try more of the delicious teas!!!!
This is our special spot for afternoon birthday tea. Pastries with high tea are beautiful, unique, varied - very impressive - while the savoury selections are exceptionally delicious.
Some of the best service in the city where warm eye contact throughout accompanies offer to assist any need. Only drawback is the noise level there requires some raised-voice conversation.
You will appreciate your experience in this wonderfully decorated little tea salon.
The environment was nice and cozy. Very busy on weekend afternoons. Tea and desserts are both great
I took my grandmother here for her birthday and it was absolutely lovely. The staff brought out a little cake for her with a birthday message, and I didn't even ask them to do so :) My only complaint is that it can get quite loud, but that is more due to the patrons than the staff.
Love Neverland for the quotes on the walls and a nice atmosphere. Going back in November for tea with a friend.
Server was great and the selection for food and drinks was good. Nice to have Gluten free options but while the regular plater gets sandwiches with all different breads from white, rye, to croissant, all gluted free sandwiches come on the same white bread.
The shop was extremely loud!
Totally enjoyed the Neverland Tea Salon. Roomy, airy, delicious savouries and sweets - those scones! - and a wonderful selection of teas. The perfect place to celebrate my daughter's 25th birthday.
I love this place and will be back again. There were 2 sandwiches that were overly spicy. A new one with bacon and the curry flavoured sandwich.
Wonderful experience overall. Delicious food and great service. Will definitely come back😊
Atmosphere was great and so was the food! Cute, fun and a great spot for an afternoon tea or lunch. Whimsical accents in decor really make the place special and the imagination run free.
Lovely atmosphere, good service, top notch afternoon tea. Gets busy in the afternoon as a tea spot does but is absolutely delightful.
Birthday- cute place.
Wonderful place to go for tea and scones at any time but especially for a special occasion.
Soups and sandwiches are great too. Sandwich is so big that its good to share too.
Our reservation was 25 min late. The server gave the food and never came back to check on us. Eventually i had to wave someone over. I took my friend for her birthday and it was embarrassing. Also it is way too noisy. They need to have linen on the tables to soften the sound. I have been to alot of places in the city for afternoon tea. I would not recommend this place. Maybe if you go during the week when its not busy. The food was very good. And it does have an amazing tea selection.
We were rushed from the minute we walked in. We were informed we only had an hour and a half however they took 30 minutes for our order and completely forgot about one of our orders. We were served by two different girls and one of them looked like she hadn’t slept in a year and had the most unpleasant demeanour. I was excited to go as my daughter has asked me for a while now to take her to high tea, but as a single parent had not done so as it is costly, so was very disappointed that this was our experience.
I took my mom to Neverland Tea Salon for her birthday and it was a lovely experience! The food was delicious and the service was awesome. We will definitely come back and recommend it to friends!
I'm vegetarian, my friend has a gluten allergy, so finding a place for both of us isn't always easy.
Neverland was perfect for us. The service was great, the food was fantastic, the seats (we had the low comfy chairs by the door) were perfect.
The waitstaff are always bustling around making certain that everyone has what they need, but withou hovering. Here and there it took a moment or two to get their attention, but when we did, they came right over. (We asked for more tea, my friend found the dairy-free clotted cream too salty and swapped it out at no charge for regular clotted cream.)
The tea selection is long and interesting. We both ordered the full-priced afternoon tea, so we got two pots of tea each and could change flavours. I started with the house special a black tea with mint and chocolate (I liked it enough to buy a bag of it before we left) and the Mumbai chai. The only reason that I wouldn't order both again is because there are so many other delicious-looking options to try.
We will most definitely be back.
I brought my sister here for her birthday as a treat, and the menu items were all very delicious! Not to mention the amazing varieties of tea, and after i ordered my firdt tea one server recommended another one similar to it for me. When i tried it i really loved it so it was a great recommendation, and while it seems slightly expensive on paper the food and experience is definitely worth going a few times a year!
GREAT service and the high tea was wonderful!! Great tea selection too!!
My friend and I went for high tea as a pre wedding celebration. The waitress was extremely accommodating, taking time to deal with a couple of food allergies and making suggestions. There was a lot of food for two people, with the sweets and scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream being delicious. The tea selections are amazing, with the option to try as many as one wishes. We left with a very good impression of the establishment.
Very noisy. We had a lovely server, but we all found the food to be very average. Wound not go again.
Everything was great but didn't feel I got enough food for what I paid. Had brunch.
Beautiful place to take a visitor. Enjoyed the food, the tea, the ambience very much. Delightful.
We celebrated my husband’s birthday. We took our 8 mo old baby girl with us. The hostess was amazing and let us sit by the window so we didn’t have to bother others. She was really helpful with tea selections. Wonderful service. Great food. We will be back one day !
Only 1 and half hours and then we have to go. If change to 2 hours, could be better.
It was a nice experience, but the service did not live up to our expectation sadly.
A co worker and I took our retiring boss out for a high tea experience and we had the time of our lives there! It was a great experience and all of us had no idea time was flying by us! Great time! The employess were so kind and even did a little happy retirement treat for our boss.
Wonderful fun as always! Lovely afternoon tea and more 😎
We celebrated by twenty something's birthday with our little group. It was worth the trip from North Vancouver to this magical place. My one suggestion was that it could have used a little music in the background to add to the otherwise welcoming and cosy ambience. The decor is whimsical and beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Worth a visit! I am looking forward to when we go again on a rainy day to lift our spirits.
Have been here several times, made my co-workers take the bus with me for 30 minutes to get here for my farewell lunch, they all admitted it was worth it in the end. Food and tea is fantastic, my favourite savouries of all the afternoon tea places I've tried. The endless tea that you get with the Grand Adventure high tea is awesome if you want to explore lots of different teas from traditional to fun and silly. A little on the pricier end for afternoon tea that's not at a fancy hotel or garden, but you do get endless tea and vegan options, so. Seems mostly justified.
Took my little sister here during her visit to Vancouver because she wanted to do something “instagram-worthy” — got some cute pics (lol) and got to enjoy many pots of tea (the selection is amazing!) and had so much food, we simply couldn’t finish everything (even though we wanted to, it was delicious).
