I have been to Neverland Tea Salon a few times now and I am so happy every time. The food is delicious and even though there is timed visits, they don't make you feel too rushed. Our waitress Diva was absolutely amazing and a blast to be around, and she kept our tea changes quick! It can get a little loud when the room is full, but it's not unmanageable.

This is a lovely tea salon and used to be one of my favourites. However, since the last time I was there, they've changed their seating policy and now require that you leave after a mere 90 minutes. My friend and I felt very rushed through our birthday/welcome home celebration, with regular reminders that 'another party' was coming soon . The cheque was plopped down in front of us rather unceremoniously and we felt as if we were being ushered out. As a result, I don't think I would go back.

I always enjoy high tea at Neverland. We have had the same waiter each time, and he is excellent. It is a small space, and unfortunately a family chose to bring a baby who cried very loudly. Not the fault of the baby, but the noise did negatively impact our experience.

I like Neverland because of the gluten-free and dairy free options. I love going for tea & this is the only place that I know of that serves a delicious dairy free clotted cream—it’s the reason I keep coming back! This time though, the bread/scone seemed stale & a bit old—that was disappointing because it’s pricey! The toasted sandwich was good & the desserts. My daughters mini sandwiches were good (she ate them all).

Nice place for a casual or high tea or lunch. The tea selection is extensive to the point of being a bit overwhelming. Good service. If you want to sit at the table, not at the bar, better to make a reservation, especially on weekends.

My boyfriend and I have done the afternoon tea a few times now. The food is always good and you get unlimited tea however the servers aren’t very attentive so getting more than one pot of tea is difficult. Overall the restaurant is super cute though!

I had the gluten free tea menu and the savoury options were delicious but the sweet options were less than to be desired. Tea was fantastic and we enjoyed our time.

It was extremely noisy. The staff were pleasant but poor things were run off their feet. We had to wait a long time for the slightest request (waited over 5 minutes for a fork and in the mean time the starter was cold. Tea refills and other items also took a really long time. Not the workers fault. Maybe they were just short staffed.

Due to the 1.5 hour seating allowance we did feel a little rushed. The overall experience was amazing and the birthday treat was very kind

My daughter has been her her friends several times and has been wanting to take me. We were finally able to get together. It was delightful! The flavours of the food were delicious, so tasty! The teas were lovely, a huge variety to pick from. A very pleasant way to spend a wet Vancouver day!

Get together of friends and our moms! Ages 60 to 95!!! Roxanne adjusted our appointment 30 minutes to better seat us at a more comfortable table. As requested our table was away from the door and drafts for the comfort of our moms and firm sturdy seats. Our server Deeva was most charming and attentive and very helpful in choosing from your lengthy tea menu. This is our favourite and exclusive choice for Afternoon Tea!!!!

I booked a table to have a special birthday date with my daughter. The food was great. Environment was lovely and we had a great time. So full from the tea tower we saved some of the treats and take away for dinner dessert. I would love to come back and try more teas.

Food was delicious and staff were very nice but the tea room was not adequately staffed. Multiple times (3-4 times) we had to get up to ask for different things at the front.

I don't think this is a reflection of your staff as when they did come around they were exceptional but for such a busy spot, it would serve your customers better to have more employees working especially on a Sunday.

The name implies this is a place that caters to children. Not so. This is an expensive place for a ladies lunch. My four-year-old granddaughter ate sugar cubes, raw cucumbers and orange juice.

The food was mediocre and when I asked that our uneaten sandwiches and soup be packaged, I was handed an empty to-go box and left on my own.

The tab came to $60 for the two of us....no alcohol and only a single chocolate truffle for dessert.

This was my first high tea experience and it was amazing! I took my mom for her birthday and we both loved it. The staff were super friendly, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was pretty and unique. Our favourite tea was the London Fog! Can’t wait to go back again ❤️

Great ambience, food, and service. One of the few high tea places that provides for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions, and that allows you to have multiple pota of different types of teas. However the time limit for seating is too restrictive. Two-hour seating on the weekends is better than the 1.5 hours we were allowed, so if you're looking for a place to enjoy a leisurely catch-up, this is not it.

My friend and I had the holiday menu and the tradional and vegan food was delicious! There was a wide variety of teas you could choose from and the best part was being able to try different ones. I've been to other afternoon tea places where they don't offer that. The only downside is that your sitting time is limited to 1.5 hours. I know they are busy but other places are 2 hours which is more reasonable considering the cost. We felt rushed and could not fully enjoy our desserts and had to pack them up.

This was a great place to go! We might have caught one waiter on a bad day as they had rushed us out the door at the end of our sitting and made some passive aggressive comments. Other than that, it was very enjoyable!

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. The reservation was for 1:30, which was peak time so the restaurant was packed. Regardless, our waiter was extremely friendly, polite, and wasn't rushing us at all. (Really wish I caught his name, because he was honestly one of the best waiters I've ever had) We ordered the most expensive option and our food came very quickly. Everything was absolutely delicious and the overall experience was amazing. We already talked about making Neverland Tea Salon a yearly tradition, so its definitely safe to say we'll be back.

I would recommend Neverland Tea Salon to a friend, but only on the weekday when it isn't so terribly busy. We went last year for my daughter's birthday and I thought the portions were more generous. We got the Tinkerbell and the Demi-tea and I felt that the they were substantially smaller than last year. Also, I wonder if there might be some way to dull the sound a bit on such busy days, it felt cramped and really noisy which didn't feel conducive to a relaxing tea. The service was EXCELLENT; however!

We had a wonderful time at Neverland. The ambiance is lovely, the food is delicious and the waitress was professional and pleasant. We had to wait a short bit for a table even though we had a booking and it was packed and noisy but the service was excellent.

Our server with the accent & tattoos was so great ! We had a vegan & vegetarian high tea, everything was great especially the jackfruit sandwich ! I love how we can also take a tea to go included with the price. This was my second attendance at Neverland , my boyfriends first & he loved it also. I am excited to try the Christmas high tea !

What a fun experience! I took my friend to the Neverland Tea Salon for her birthday and was impressed by the cute decor inside, kind service, and bottomless tea! We even enjoyed some bubbly to toast each other. We will definitely be back again.
