Wonderful place! They even gave us little meringues, as we were celebrating our 20th anniversary! Great place, an oasis.

Best overall tea experience in Vancouver and fantastic food and tea selection. I'd choose this over secret tea garden or Fairmont.

Always a wonderful experience! Even in these strange times, Neverland always provides a great ambiance to escape the rest of the world and become enveloped in their heavenly aromas.

The mini sandwiches were good but the dessert/baked items were items you can get from a store bakery. They were edible but nothing special. In addition, I was not impressed with the tea. I prefer seeping my own tea so that I can control the taste. The tea I ordered was the Earl Grey Lavender tea and it came in a pot already seeped and I found it weak. I could not taste the lavender at all. I doubt that I will go back to Neverland as I have been to other high tea places that are much better.

Let's start with neverending tea pots.... Between the 2 of us, we had 5 different pots of tea. No extra cost. The sandwiches were good and nice size as well. Love the croissant. The scone was amazing. Crunchy on the outside, light and soft in the inside, with refreshing citrusy taste. The raspberry choux and chocolate orange opera were yummy. Cheesecake was good but overpowered the supposed mango passionfruit jelly. Service was super friendly. The store itself was beautiful.

It was my birthday and so we made a reservation (due to Covid restrictions they only allow a few tables which is good). The restaurant should have informed us the morning of our reservation that the chef had to leave that day because there was not much to choose from - only finger sandwiches. The waitress was on top of us and we couldn’t hold a conversation. She told us we had 1.5 hours which we knew but she was at our table asking us if we were done every 5 mins. She ruined my experience and my two pregnant friends were stressed as well. I like the place but the waitress was very bad and I don’t recommend this place during Covid for sure!

Everything was great! The only thing I can suggest is somehow to have the name of the tea on the teapot. We sipped different teas and forgot the name of it the tea-maker had to come over and inhale and wasn't sure what was in the teapot, had to bring the paper with our orders.
At the time of the reservation, I mentioned the occasion is for the Birthday. I didn't see anything different from a normal dine in.

Very enjoyable but I felt it was expensive. It’s not something I would do often however everything was lovely, tasty, tiny, pleasant to look at and also expensive. Perhaps meant for those with ample resources. The seniors was cheaper but did not include the scones, if I understood the waitress. What is high tea without scones. It’s $38 so we went for $52 ea person option. I liked that they offer regular, veggie, vegan & gluten free options.

My girlfriend and I found Neverland to be a very quaint place, huge selection of teas, great selection of pastries and sandwiches to make us full with leftovers for later. The sandwiches were not extraordinary, but still enjoyable. The service was exceptional.

Waitress rushed us out and said we only could stay 1.5 hours. It was my birthday and they did nothing special (I asked the waitress if they do anything special for birthdays and she said happy birthday then went to the back to ask her manager and it was not spoken of again) - no discount or dessert. Food is average, too small of portions (other high tea places give people their own three tiered tray but this one has two people share one - not great with COVID), and overpriced. Tea was nice though :p can get many different kinds for one high tea purchase but it’s not like you can stay to enjoy the different ones. I was very rushed to finish half of the second teapot. Lastly, I asked to be seated outside due to COVID anxieties but we were seated inside. Not a calming/pleasant experience overall.

EXCELLENT vegetarian options. Both the savoury and sweet offerings were first-rate. I appreciate that they had a wide variety of "tastes" in their five sandwiches, and the four desserts (plus a scone!) were also diverse. I love that we were all full when we left; too often high tea means leaving hungry, but not at Neverland Tea Salon. Our server was helpful but unobtrusive. They are going above and beyond to observe the new COVID-19 regulations. This is our first-choice for high tea in Vancouver.

I took my mom and daughter for tea for my mom’s 65th birthday. We had an amazing time! The food was outstanding! My mom had the regular high tea, I had the Vegan, and my daughter ordered off of the children’s menu. We all loved our meals. We will definitely be back!

Too noisy then.. some kid having a birthday party.. would it be nicer for both celebrant and other customers to have the kid's party in a different room ... or day...it sounded like were in a food court- too noisy... we can't hear conversations in our table and it was just the 3 of us.. too sad.

Food was really good and I saw they had many options for people with dietary restrictions (vegan/gluten-free/etc)! Staff was quite friendly as well! (My friend is an instagrammer so we took lots of pictures, but some of the girls gave us strange looks). Aside from that, definitely 5 stars!

This is my second time in Neverland, but I brought two friends with me and it was their first time there. We all loved it! The Alice theme was on point--food, decor, ambience were all magical. We especially loved our table--we got the corner couch and that meant we weren't in the middle of the room so we felt like we had a bit of privacy. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely return. Please consider doing more themed high teas after Alice. Can't wait to see what Neverland comes up with next!

So yummy and perfectly priced! I had a great time with my friends. I could have stayed longer but they were so busy so we were gently pushed out. My only tiny complaint is a little silly! The desserts were delish! But all chocolate based- would have been nice to have a lemon dessert or something other than just chocolate.

Even from the outside, Neverland is amazing! The decor is gorgeous inside, very Mad Hatter tea party details right down to the mini fondue cards on the desserts. Unbelievable list of teas. The two I had were delicious. As I'm a vegetarian, they have a gluten/dairy free, vegetarian and vegan option.
