Afternoon Tea
Not your average tea salon, Neverland is an amalgamation of everything we love: celebration, decadence, ritual, whimsy and creativity. We also love variety, so we offer you options on which Neverland experience is right for you.

For those with dietary intolerances, our chef, has also customized a complex blend of flours to create gluten-free options that are literally indistinguishable in taste and texture from our regular items. The idea is to have those with dietary restrictions not just feel included, but honoured for their differences. Eggs, diary, gluten? We promise to wow you with indistinguishable variations of our high tea pastries.

The service was good. Foods are good but nothing remarkable.

This place is about the experience and the tea. The food was not that good and would recommend NOT sitting outside as the experience is sitting inside.

Overall, a lovely spot. My mother experienced high-tea for the first time and loved it. I would recommend having the choice between savour and sweet for those who prefer more 'sandwiches' over a lot of sweets.

Some of the chairs need to be upholstered or replaced (not comfortable) and the table refinished. Maybe they want the old fashioned look...

Food was very good and teas were great.

The high school server was the highlight of the high tea. We would have been happier had we the choice of being inside rather than huddled in a corner outside. The tea itself was excellent and the food very good.

The food tasted delicious & it was nice. I wish there was some light music in the background to match the ambiance of the room. The look inside was alright but I was expecting it to be more like the name “Neverland”
Overall it’s the afternoon tea savoury dishes that caught our eyes

The variety of all teas that you can try are amazing. Service is great and warm. Even with COVID they have managed to keep dining services safe and pleasant.

We went during the pandemic so we didn’t see the inside much, the outside patio was so nice anyways!
The food was absolutely gorgeous and delicious.
We took our 1yo daughter there and they gave her a little plate of toast, a tea cup of water and a blanket to keep her warm.

We would absolutely go back again if we have a chance!!

I took my mom here for the Mother’s Day high tea and was completely blown away! It was hands down the best high tea I’ve ever attended. My mom was pleasantly surprised and loved her first experience at Neverland! We will be making this an annual celebration.

Loved this high tea experience! Best tea I have ever had! We were able to pick different teas each time we finished our personal pot and each tea was steeped to perfection before being brought to our table. Unfortunately we were not able to sit inside due to the latest Covid 19 restrictions and the street was a bit loud. The inside looked absolutely adorable. Can’t wait to go back when indoor dining is allowed again to get the full experience and enjoy the ambience.

I realize there is a pandemic and things need to be different so it is difficult to leave a less than stellar review.
Given that, with High Tea, it is all about atmosphere, sitting at a poor quality bistro set with the table listing to one side, paying $45.00 for some finger sandwiches and a few dainties does seem excessive. I would not recommend this experience, HOWEVER, getting take away and going to a park would be amazing.
Their takeaway tea has everything you need to make a memorable and tasty experience.
I have been to Neverland before and found it bright and pretty and exactly what you would expect for High Tea....hoping I have the opportunity to revisit when the pandemic ends.

Personally, I think the cakes were too sweet and the waitress was rude. It felt like she didn't care about being there and it was a chore to serve us.

It's a cute time if you have the money to spend. Service was ok, wish it was more of an experience rather than just getting the job done. I made a reservation a week ahead of time and in the "special requests" section i asked for best seat for birthday reasons. The sat us probably in the worst seat by the bathroom hallway. Why is there even a special requests section if its just ignored? They forgot to take our tea order, so we reminded them. All in all it was a cute and fine experience, but after spending 140$ for 2 people for tea you just expect a little more. I've worked in the industry for 18 years, so I just hope this review helps in some way.

The timed reservation was too short to consume the full high tea so we had to take it to go and our server was literally on us like every 10 minutes monitoring the time which really took away from the overall experience. They should book longer time slots for people to consume the food and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed at that price point. Would not go back.

This tea house is a carnival caricature, catering to giving people the “experience” of high tea. It had the price of high tea, but none of the charm. Our waitress managed to make us feel like she was taking us through a vaudeville skit, in a very piercing voice, without once making eye contact. The food was meh (although they had admirable options for gluten free and veg/vegan). One of the sweets had rancid coconut cream in it. The thing I was most excited for (Devonshire cream) was nowhere to be found. With our scones we got portions of cream cheese and cool whip. Having had proper high tea in England, I would say that this was a farce. Very disappointed, especially considering the cost
