The chicken in the Nachos, Quesadilla, and Enchilada was very dry. The nachos had about 10 chips with a plate full of toppings. I would not order either of these again. No one from my table finished their meal.

I have been to Nico's many times before and so I would recommend for a quick bite to eat and for the great margaritas. So, I was looking forward to entertaining friends there for a birthday lunch. I made reservations 2 weeks prior, confirmed twice, by phone , text and email. Unfortunately, our table was not ready, in fact, no one seemed to know about it. There was another larger reservation at 1:30pm (mine was for 1pm). Service was inadequate. some staff was a little short tempered (only one) since they seemed short staffed. Perhaps they were. There were long waits and requests for drinks, flatware, etc. Since the later, larger party ordered before us, our food came out staggered. I did expect, and do expect some kind of "sorry", like free margaritas? due to the mix up?

Great atmosphere and food! The service was a tad slow, but understood at it was rather busy. Margaritas we 1/2 off on Mondays and soo tasty! Many flavors to choose from and we loved the ones we tried. Will be going back.

The house is adorable, but the tables, windows and bathrooms were filthy. Our scallop tacos were cold and tasteless. The quest and chips were excellent. The service was very good .

Fun and tasty night at Nico’s. The everyday 9:00 pm Happy Hour features half-price tacos and half-price margaritas. Not only was everything really good, it was a really good value too.

We were in town for a convention. Found Nicos on Open Table. We are in one of the rooms upstairs. Our waiter was a little quiet in the fairly noisy room but service was fast. Drinks were delicious and we all enjoyed our dinners. Definitely recommend.

Food was great, but service was not. They did not seem to care that we had reservations - or that we were celebrating a birthday. (I had included that bit in our reservation) When we first got there, we told a waiter that we had reservations. He said, ok, give me a second to clear a table. He then went on to take an order from one of his tables. Someone else then saw us. I explained that we had reservations but she didn't seem to care. I didn't realize that the restaurant was on two floors. Had I known that I would have asked specifically for a table on the first floor due to physical limitations on my part. From my seat, I could see a massive hole in the wall that was only partially hidden by some drywall. It took forever for the waitress to come to our table. This continued throughout our meal. Our dinners came at different times. Just poor training I'd say, and a lack of caring for their customers. I might be tempted to go there again because the food was excellent, but only if they have a change in management and staff.

We had a great experience. We had a reservation but had to wait a bit for the table to clear- not a big deal at all. Well worth the wait. Staff was very nice, food and drinks were great. Will definitely go back again

Totally enjoyed the evening from the beginning with impressive and enthusiastic service by Erick our waiter. He had good recommendations and descriptions for our food choices. Erick was always near by to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with our food. Great Margaritas! Can't wait to return.

The place was nice and the food they had available was pretty tasty. The only problem was they were out of multiple dishes and it was primetime on a Friday night. Seemed odd and was disappointing.
