The host greeted another guest behind my mother and I after despite using patiently waiting for several minutes. When my mother pointed this out, he just stared at her in the face and just walked away. That being said, waiter was very friendly and explained the menu in detail. Offerings are on the pricier side but the black cod was very good. I would pass on the oyster shooters though (components did not go well together).

This was our first time at Nobu and we loved it! The food was delicious and inspired! Definitely keep this as a special place for a special occasion. It is very pricey, however you won't regret the experience. Equally great: the service by everyone involved. There was a festive atmosphere...people shouting: Irasshaimase! We asked about it and our server, Randy, told us it means "welcome, please come in." We felt very welcome and will be back for another special occasion. Thank you!!

We eat at Nobu restaurants- including Matsuhisa- all over the country, so we are prepared to spend the money and know the food quality will be fantastic. This particular location lacks the aesthetic and vibe of other locations, it was crowded, and very hot inside the space. Our reservation was at 7:15 , we were seated at 7:35 in a dark corner next to a large / loud group that took some of our seats for themselves. I shouldn’t be surprised that the experience itself would be sacrificed in a Vegas casino to pack in as many people as possible and over seat the venue. At over $500 for two, I would have expected a little more. Do better.

Music volume in certain seats are obnoxiously loud - be sure to request seating in center of restaurant if you’re sensitive to loud music. Not the same caliber of experience you might expect from other Nobu locations, but food still good.

The black cod with miso was outstanding. Very delicate and delicious. We also got the garlic scallops and sea bass with a black bean and miso sauce. The scallops were huge but delicate and also quite tasty. Perfectly cooked. The sea bass was up against the black cod and didn’t stand a chance. This restaurant is not what I expected—sharing all dishes and no sides. I guess I’m not sophisticated enough for them. I felt our server was a bit pretentious. We were seated next to the sushi bar but he kept stressing that they’re not known for their sushi and if that’s what we wanted we should have gone to a sushi place. Those statements were off putting and turned me off. The leechy martini was wonderful. Overall it’s a bit pricey to say there are no sides. I would have loved a small bowl of rice.

Our first dining experience with Nobu and we loved it. The ambiance, service, food were all outstanding. I couldn’t be more happier choosing Nobu to celebrate my birthday. Although it was pricey, it was all so worth it.

The Omakase style is the best way to go… tell the what you like and don’t like and they build items around that… we went all sashimi both cold and hot… was amazing… skip the rice!!

This was probably one of our best dining experiences at Caesars! Everyone in our party loved it. Our waitress was very attentive. We were celebrating my sons 21st birthday and the dessert and service were so memorable! I can’t wait to go there again!

The service was very good, the restaurant was busy however the servers didn’t act like it was. They paid attention to detail. Just enough attention, I don’t like hovering. I enjoyed it so much, I made another reservation in June when I am taking my sisters and nieces.
