Restaurant did not live up to expectations, rushed operations, extreme music noise level, waited 5 min for desk check in, 45 min for food, then texted to ensure our departure within 15 min of food service, as table booked, etc! Poor, uncoordinated staffing, table service lacking, with overall obvious restaurant management issues! Unfortunate anniversary choice, as we have experienced Nobu Budapest, have numerous Nobu cookbooks and appreciate a fine restaurant!

Service was amazing! The sushi rolls were awful. The tuna was very fishy and the waygu dumpling was nothing special. For the price of the food, it was nothing special. I would only go back for drinks.

Everything was so delicious and the service was excellent. They wished my friend a happy birthday upon arrival with no need to remind them. The ambiance was impeccable. I will be back for the black cod and the new style sashimi, my favorite dishes.

We had our second anniversary dinner at Nobu Miami, and it was amazing. Our waiter Miguel was super nice, and he had so much enthusiasm. He had excellent suggestions, and he shared a lot of his personal background. The food was impeccable. We ordered four dishes and dessert, and our faves were the Wagyu short rib dumplings and the black cod with miso. Now, I have to warn y’all that the portions are very small; you come to Nobu for the ambiance, and the flavor, as in, the overall experience. In terms of the flavor of all the dishes, it was simply amazing. We would definitely come back again.

New executive chef should be reevaluated with some if the changes being made to menu items ir hearts of palm salad fiji shaved ice which was now ruined etc there should be brand standards and certain changes should not be made ultimately ruining the original dish created by Nobu himself

Nobu was great! We celebrated my wife’s birthday. A memorable time indeed! Food was amazing and service also second to none. We are going back in a couple of weeks to try more menu items. I highly recommend this iconic restaurant!

We love Nobu and it was our first time at the Miami location! The host was very friendly, and they were very accommodating as we arrived a bit early for our reservation! The food was great as always. Our server Nelly was great! Friendly, helpful, and a very sweet person. We chatted a bit and I had asked her how long she worked there as she was very knowledgeable and and she told me she was in training!! My fiancé and I were very impressed!!

It’s always my favorite place to go when I’m in the beach in Miami. The fact that they took the Wagyu beef dumplings off and now they’re short rib dumplings is a little bit of a problem, but it was OK.

Good evening, wonderful service from our dear Janete, but on the reservation I felt embarrassed for having to get up from the table even earlier than expected, when asking for the bill we were surprised not to pay for the hotel as we always did because we left the amount rescheduled for that, and just being coerced to pay directly at the restaurant, none of the episodes have ever happened before, we love Eden Rock, but we will prioritize Makoto and Zuma in the next stays, disappointed with Nobu.

One of the best fine dining experiences I have been to. As Chef and someone who work in the industry, I value everything about Nobu restaurant. The ambience, the menu, the food, everything was simple yet exquisite. The plating of the food, the balance of flavor and their combination was amazing. I would recommend this place to any seafood/sushi lover, admirer of Japanese culture, and food lover.

The maki’s were very ordinary. Tuna sashimi was good, but also overpriced. Generally every item on the menu is overpriced. If you want to go for the experience it’s fine, but I’ve eaten better sushi at cheaper places. Nice staff though.

Finally got the chance to try the exquisite Nobu and it was amazing. The service, food and ambiance were awesome. Lychee martini was everything i expected and more. The Brussels sprouts were yum. The fried shrimp were very tasty. My two favorite items were the Sea bass with black bean sauce and the red snapper butter lettuce (phenomenal)! Can’t wait to come again.

Service was overindulgent which was occasionally almost annoying. Drinks were good but the staff kept bothering us every 5 minutes to see if we wanted another one. Food was way too overrated — the apps and first courses were way too small but then the entrees were bigger than average portion. The $19 wagyu taco app was too salty and was consumed in a bite and a half. And one had to order minimum two tacos at a time (huh??). The baby corn with honey app was over spicy and salty yet again. The main entrees (chicken teriyaki and cod with miso) were okay. Overall, the place was resting more on its hype being Nobu rather than having a spectacularly unique and pleasurable meal. Hence, value for this restaurant was at best a one-star.
