30+years rockin Queen and Walnut. Noce delights with an evolving menu that reinvents and evolves staying fresh and on trend. The place was packed with the trio of rooms accommodating everyone from groups quite large and small to couples on dates or just out for a night. Millennials to long-time clients. The place is welcoming with a buzzy vibe and great interesting food. Many plates are cooked over the large open wood burning fire. Delicious raw plates. Smoky meats. Edgy cocktails. Attentive service. A glamorous night on Queen West!
Amazing staff !! Great spot!
The location is great. The large windows give you a great view of Trinity Bellwoods park as well as a well kept traditional church building. Service is friendly and professional. Great hospitality from beginning to end. Food, delicious!
This was the second time I have been to Noce the first time I proposed to my fiancé so I had too many nerves to fully enjoy my experience. However bringing her back for Valentines, I was extremely happy. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious. Brittany and I will definitely continue to come back!
Definitely recommended. Booked this last week for Valentines day. We were late for our scheduled reservation but still very well-tended. The ambience was set right for the day, and the staff was friendly and professional. The food and drinks were a 5-star. Just right from start to end.
Amazing restaurant from decor to service to food. Very cool vibe and our waiter was absolutely amazing. Even the bathroom is beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!
Great experience as usual. Bryce, our server, who we’ve had before is both knowledgeable and courteous.
Amazing place for a romantic dinner!
The home made tagliatelle dish was excellent and service attentive. The ice cream dessert was ho-hum and the restaurant much too noisy for conversation. I would not return or recommend because of the noise level which reduces the overall value of the experience.
We went for Winterlicous. The staff accommodated our late arrival and adjusted the food for nut allergy (if only I spoke Italian and knew that Noce means Walnut!). The food was amazing - I felt we got great value for a winterlicous menu. They also had an amazing wine selection. Staff were friendly and professional and the service was great. We would definitely go back!
We went to Noce for our father's 83rd birthday. He is in a wheelchair and access was easy. The restaurant staff was most accommodating. We got the Winterlicious menu and it was delicious. The Noce salad involved romaine, walnuts, mustard and blue cheese dressing. Divine! The Char was cooked to perfection. The dessert was not too sweet, with complex flavors. A really first-rate dining experience. Also, the wine which my sister chose, was amazing. Italian Cab-Merlot blend. Soft, subtle, yet full and ripe. All in all, a wonderful way to celebrate. The wait staff was attentive but not overbearing. They love their restaurant, the food, and the wine. It shows. As General MacArthur once said, "I shall return!"
We really enjoyed our meal and would return for dinner! Their homemade bread is yummy :)
A great spot. I would recommend in an instant. Excellent service in a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. They deserve your money unlike most other places in Toronto. Excellent for couples.
Beautiful decor and extremely friendly service. The Head Chef, Erin, even took the time to thank us, as we were leaving.
As usual, Noce never disappoints. The food is fantastic and the staff are exceptional. My neighbourhood go-to, for certain, but I would go no matter where I lived.
I wish I could give this restaurant 6 stars! It is perfection all the way.
We arrived to a warm and friendly greeting and realized later that he would be our wonderful waiter, Brice.
Small restaurant but the seating was not tight and our table had a view of bundled up pedestrians on Queen St. as well as the open woood-burning oven which added to the warm ambience of the place.
The food was amazing. The attention to detail in the presentation on the plate was matched by service by Brice at the table. The veal was cooked to perfection and when I couldn't locate the Brussel sprouts on the plate Brice was there in a flash to explain they were the slivers that looked like they had been grilled! Talk about over the top.
So worth the drive from Ajax. You must go.
The service was amazing and the food was exceptional. The Tatar was the most original and amazing ever had.
To be honest, this restaurant came highly recommended from a close friend but the experience was extremely poor to say the least. I was there for my wife’s birthday and made a note of that to request a nice table location. We were escorted to a room with one other couple with plenty of room and we were seated in the table right next to them. Literally inch away. It was so awkward. Our conversations were mixing into each other.
Next, our appetizers came and in my first bite, as I was chewing, I pulled out a hair the size of my forearm. Absolutely disgusting and literally left a bad taste for the rest of the dinner. When I mentioned it, they apologized and offered to replace the dish. Didn’t offer another option for an app.
During the main course, they offered a cocktail to make up for it but we don’t drink and frankly I don’t see that making up for what happened.
We quickly wrapped up the meal and when the bill, it was full price. Unbelievable. No sort of acknowledgement of the issue. The nerves on them. I would never come back or recommend this to anyone.
If they were the last Italian restaurant, I would quit Italian food.
Food was amazing!
This restaurant has excellent service and an outstanding menu. Hits the spot on all accounts
Food here is amazing. Service is good, attentive and very fast. Drinks were also amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone!
There’s a really good rule when it comes to bartenders. If they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by making you a drink, then you’ve got a bad bartender. This guy was cold, unenthused and should not be working there. His boss/owner is a GREAT guy. Tons of personality and very friendly. A dichotomy to be sure. Overall, cool place. Food was solid but expensive. $77 for a steak. But a nice little spot.
A friend of mine recommended this restaurant to me. The food was great and the service too.
I’ve had better Italian . Sometimes when restaurants get too creative they miss the mark. We prefer the simplicity of traditional Italian. Cocktails were great.
The tartar was okay. They put this grill cheese toast on top of it . Wasn’t a fan. The salmon tartare was a bit bland.
The best dish we had was the lamb Tortellini. Was excellent. Pizza crust a bit burnt and strange combo with salami and onions on pizza. We’re not picky people at all but we expected so much more dining here the first time. Server was also really enthusiastic and pleasant .
Always outstanding service and food. The ambiance and the staff make it a warm and welcome environment. We will continue to return.
The restaurant had two private functions happening the same evening so only a small part of the dinning room was availble to patrons with reservations. It was far too noisy to enjoy conversation and the service was slow because of it. Food was no more ham average and they squished my reservation for six at three small low top tables that are really better intended for cocktails while a table of 4 sat at a table for 8. We had our reservation for weeks before the date - the restaurant should have just closed to regular patrons that night as they really couldn’t properly accommodate this + the private functions.
Good place with decent food if a little bit pricey.
Loved it. I'm just so surprised I've never been here before. We tried a few things from each section of the menu and everything was amazing. Truly. We started with a few apps and thought hmm this is really good and then the next dishes just kept topping that.
Great food and excellent service!!! This place was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed!!
Had dinner for two on a Saturday night. Great meal. Great service. Great ambience. And the vibe is lively and cosmopolitan but you don't have to scream to be heard. What a concept. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend.
The food was delicious and our waiter was excellent. Very knowledgeable and attentive. We loved it.
Food was okay, not the best Italian I have had in Toronto. Server was very nice but the service was far too slow.
Service and food were excellent. Unfortunately there were some menu items that were not available for us but what we did eat was fantastic.
The appetizers were tasty and well presented but the Porchetta Pizza was burnt and not edible...not to mention it took them 40 min to prepare it. Service was not impressive....we had 3 different servers and even between the 3 we still managed to get forgotten. The ambiance is the only pleasant part.
Fantastic food and exceptional service. Highly recommend!
Terrible service and entitlement of heritage, big ripoff, forget the reputation and avoid
This is a neighbourhood gem, and one of our favourites. Great service, delicious food, and very comfy.
Great service, ambiance and food. They staff was very accommodating and we had a group of 7 . Thank you !
Amazing as always. The food, stFf, ownership are excellent.
