Noce Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
The pizzas were good but the mains, not impressed!
This was an exceptional evening with the best service (Bryce) and delicious food. Not to mention the great choices of wine! Fresh, creative but approachable, priced reasonably, and an experience to match. So glad to find this gem and to be taken care of by such a thoughtful and engaging server. Can't wait to come back.
The steak was amazing. Pastas lack lustre. Wouldn't order any of the same dishes again.
Food was delicious and the service was fabulous. We had a great evening!
Service a bit slow but it was very busy. Staff tentative, food nicely done. Overall gereat atmosphere.
Steak was slightly overdone and tortelli verde had an odd taste in the filling as well as being very salty for my liking. Salad, vegetables and halibut were all good. Service was good (water topped up regularly, warm and friendly reception).
A very unfortunate evening at Noce. Terribly slow service (2hrs to get to main course), hopelessly confused server, several ordered items "just run out "(that happened on a previous visit) and inadequate compensation (essentially none). And because of all the confusion, lack of staff etc the food when finally served was mediocre.
The food and drinks were good but after enduring a 3.5 hour dinner service I won't be returning .
Nice, cozy table by the window which was great for people watching on Queen St.
Expensive for what you get though. $24 for a Burata and tomato salad appetizer is a bit much. Portion sizes were small. I would not go back.
We stumbled upon Nocce quite by accident because another restaurant was full and were we happy we did! The food was wonderful, the service extraordinary and the ambience lovely. Bread was amazing but so were the pasta dishes we had -gnocchi and tagliatelle and a wonderful salad. Great spot in Queen west!
Wine was a bit expensive, other than that, would for sure recommend.
Wonderful meal as usual! Been here many times and always have fantastic food.
We had a delicious meal on a rainy night. We will be back!
Excellent family reunion dinner. The staff made all the arrangements, and when the weather turned out to be good, they set up an ideal table outside for us. I brought some really good wine I'd been saving (Quintarelli! Torbreck Run Rig!) and Kyle the sommelier made sure it was served perfectly.
Noce has always served excellent Italian but until recently was overly expensive in my view. Much more accessible prices now, without sacrificing any of the quality. Great cocktails too.
I'll be back again and again.
We went with my mother and my 3 year old. Very accommodating and prepared a pizetta for my daughter, despite there being no kids menu. I did get the impression that children may not be appreciated, but staff worked to hide the fact. The food was amazing. We had an apricot, asiago, walnut, three mustard salad, grilled octopus and linguine con vongole. Tasty, authentic, and so delicious!
Very comfortable, nicely decorated and relaxing atmosphere. We were there for the Giro d'Italia special menu of the Marche region which did not disappoint. I would definitely return.
Our new favorite restaurant! Friendly, great service and food!
We made a reservation for dinner on June 3rd, but because there was a wedding last night, the kitchen was unable to provide us with meals. We got a bottle of wine (so good!) and received complimentary appetizers, instead. Sad that the pizza oven wasn't working and that we had to only eat appetizer. Nonetheless, the servers/bartenders/and Mike were very friendly and made sure we had a good dining experience at Noce. Mike then later called Cube nightclub for us to make sure that we get in and skip the line. Thank you so much! My friends and I will visit again, for sure!
Great atmosphere, but disappointing food. It's recently been redesigned and looks gorgeous. I would recommend it for drinks, without a doubt.
We had a great time at Noce. The food and ambiance were amazing. Our waitress explained all of the dishes very thoroughly. I really enjoyed the burrata.
Excellent food, and good service. Lovely wine list. Portion sizes are large... we over ordered after advice from the waiter. Quite expensive, however lovely.
Great brunch with unique menu choices
Service is incredibly slow. Food was just ok. Lamb was very fatty. Flan was tasteless
Great wine list. Amazing Gnocchi as well as other pastas, meats and delicious salads.
Amazing meal as always. And Gareth is fun, personable and expert as his job as always.
I have been going to Noce for years and was very excited to return after the renovations. I booked a reservation for two to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious (was thrilled the mushroom ravioli is still on the menu, missed the veal Milanese though) however I was really disappointed with the seating arrangement. We were seated at a bar top facing into the new open kitchen - I was not informed of this ahead of time when I booked the reservation and had I known I would have made other plans as this was a special dinner for us and bar style seating was not ideal. Furthermore, as the bar faces into their wood grill and pizza oven it was extremely hot and I was uncomfortable the whole meal. Upon being seated we immediately asked to move to one of the other many open tables for two however they could not accommodate saying other parties had all specifically requested these tables (which I found very disappointing).
Best kept secret in Toronto. Reopened as a causal, delicious spot for dinner and cocktails, it's a Queen West must.
Was a couple of weeks ago and it was great, went back not do great.Maybe an off night. Will try again and see ...
Stellar service, creative menu, excellent recommendations on the food and wine and delivery on the product. Noce was a hit on every level.
Great restaurant, once you find the door! (On the side street, although you're looking for it on Queen). Food was excellent and service was outstanding! Will go again.
Renovations turned out great. Love the new vibe. Great service, great food. The old Noce, but new again. We will be back.
We have been to Noce many times, but this was a nice change with a completely updated interior, new menu and very good food as always. Tuna tartare appetizer and beet salad were outstanding. Branzino main was excellent , the veal chop was a bit boring. Intrigued by offering of pizza's which look quite good. Service was excellent. Look forward to going back again soon.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere! We are so happy Noce has re-opened and it does not disappoint! I'm still dreaming of that honey-glazed cheese appetizer and the tira misu dessert YUM. Wood stove makes delicious food!
Unfortunately not a great experience tonight. We have been before several times and really enjoyed ourselves. Tonight Valentines Day we had an early 5:45 reservation, restaurant was not busy yet. Cocktails were nice. We then ordered. My app was served (lobster truffle tortellini) which was good, but I had finished it before my partners app was served (shrimp and scampi tails), I do not understand why when the restaurant is not busy that both of our apps could not be served at the same time. When our mains were served my veal chop that I requested medium rare was served medium to medium well. When I said I asked for it medium rare the waiter said the chef serves the chop medium (why when I asked for it medium rare would they not tell me that I could not have it as I asked?). The waiter did offer another chop to be cooked as I asked, but at this point as we had already eaten our apps separately, I did not want to eat our mains separately. Very disappointing on what should have been a special evening. I can't see us going back, and I would no longer recommend the restaurant to anyone.
Noce, where have you gone? I was there early in 2016 and had an absolutely fabulous meal of classic Italian dishes and great wine. The restaurant underwent renovations and, it would seem, a change in ownership. Hipster waiters, who were courteous, served up completely untasty food to our undersized table for three. Odd combinations of dried fruit (in every single dish, including the salad) and too much tasteless sauce on everything ruined the food for me. The biggest disappointment was the Tiramisu. Who puts bananas in Tiramisu? It was a nasty surprise. And I like bananas. We will not be going back.
For the price I paid the experience was worth it. The food is delicious and the food portions were full size compared to other restaurants I've seen. Other near by restaurants don't even give you anywhere near that food portion size.
Great little place near ossington. I thought the service was great! Food decent. My only complaint was the cavatelli seemed to have bones? And a lot of them in the dish I was scared of choking so I ended up not finishing it. I found it to be decently priced- Toronto pricing that is. Service impeccable, decor cute loved the ambiance - would recommend
Excellent reboot of this establishment. A must visit!
I enjoyed my first time to Noce last night. The food was delicious, good portion size, waiters were attentive and overall good atmosphere. It was quiet when I got there, at around 7pm, Saturday Night, but by 8pm it was quite busy and also loud ( I was at the front of the restaurant).
Interesting layout, it is separated into 3 parts, with the back of it being mostly the bar from what I could see. The front tables have a nice streetview.
Amazing food and service! Renovations are gorgeous
