It is pretty obvious this place is struggling and needs new or more chefs. Our calamari took close to 30 minutes. Our pastas took almost 40 minutes and our dessert took another 20 minutes. The icing on the cake was all food was cold, soggy and gross when we got it. I don’t how this happens. Our server was apologetic, we felt bad for her. We never recieved an apology from anyone else. If you have a few hours to kill to wait around, this is the place for you. If not, there are other restaurants that know how to get you hot food in less time for way less money.

Food was great. Waiter was very good. Explained the whole menu as we had a first time diner on our group. Hostess not so great. Sat at us at a table in the very back of the restaurant at a table with no silver ware, glasses etc. We all walked by numerous empty tables to be sat at this table. The waiter and a server made a comment why did they sit you here? We all laughed.

We come to North often and always have a great experience. I planned a dinner last night for an employees birthday dinner and our waitress was completely unprofessional in her behavior - hanging around the table and interrupting to jokingly get in our conversation. Not only was she unprofessional - one of the girls waited 20 minutes for her forgotten drink and no where to be found when we wanted to tab out. Seriously hoping we never het Lauren P again.

We had hair in our pasta dish and then they tried to charge us for the entree. Usually a manager would be so apologetic and say let me take care of this for you and can I get you anything else. Not the case. The waitress didn’t know the menu items and could t explain the dishes at all. She needed more training!

We went for a friends birthday lunch on Friday. It was a very busy and a little loud but enjoyable atmosphere. Our food was delish. I had the veggie option for noodles and they were perfect!! All of our meals were very good. Since it was busy it did take a bit long for us to get our orders in and meals delivered, we were on our lunch hour and had limited time. Sadly, we ended up not having time for her birthday dessert. All in all it was a lovely meal.

Everyone was new and you could tell. We had multiple Waiters walk up to us and ask did you order this, it was weird. Took forever to get water refilled, drinks and food. I loveeeee this place and this was not a good experience for my birthday celebration

This was our first visit to North Italia and we loved it. We enjoyed an appetizer, dinner and dessert and enjoyed everything. My only small complaint was the noise level. Hard to have an intimate conversation with so much going on so close to you. We will definitely be returning.

We had two entrees and an app. Both the appetizer and the chicken Parmesan were on the burnt/crispy side. The pasta with the spaghetti dish was chewy. Our first experience was good but this one was less than stellar.

As soon as we arrived, the host seated us in a quieter section of the dining area, which was appreciated; otherwise, my spouse's hearing aids pick up too much ambient noise to allow conversation. The server was prompt, courteous, and attentive but not intrusive (a rare combination). The food was great, the cocktails were sophisticated and delicious, and our desserts were the perfect coda to an excellent meal. My thanks to everyone at North Italia; 5-plus stars!
