Parking is a nightmare. Nothing short of. People traveling the wrong way down the single aisle, tow signs in places they shouldn’t be. Whatever. As a local, I can say I’ve been but won’t be back. Service was great - no complaints there. This place may have been fine size wise in 1958 and for a few decades to follow, but in 2024 it’s ridiculously small. The booths are nice but extremely small whatever tables they have are taken with huge crowds. Which explains the limited availability when booking a reservation…that I made in November 2023 for last night!! All that aside, the steaks were on point and everything was cooked as asked. I found the sides lacking: mac & cheese was bland, whipped potatoes flavorless & twice baked potato while quite good, overly salty. The bananas foster prepared tableside was exciting to watch and really good. For $517 for 3 (one of our meals was the tomahawk) it wasn’t unreasonable again, as the steaks were well done. However I’ve had better meals that were just as good if not better at both Hanks & Echo & Rig and never had to fight for parking.

Excellent meal. We had breakfast here on Saturday morning, made reservations the day before. Seated quickly with great table and view of Bellagio. Wait staff very attentive. Food came out quickly and exactly as ordered. Waffles were perfect with lots of fruit. Egg dish was equally tasty. We were so impressed we are coming back for lunch in 2 days to try a different menu. Kudos to the staff—class act!

I went to Las Vegas with two other ladies for a girls trip. We had something interesting to do scheduled for each day but the highlight for me was dining at Hell’s Kitchen. We went for a late lunch/early dinner starting at 2 pm. It only took a minute to decide after looking at the menu. We wanted the prix fixe menu with his signature scallops, beef wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. The service was impeccable and Brandon was an excellent waiter. We noticed that every time he passed our table while taking care of other guests he always looked at our table and made note of our status. Our water glasses were constantly topped off and we never lacked for any service. As to the food, what can I say? After watching every season of Hell’s Kitchen, it was still even better than I thought it would be. Everything on the plate with the scallops was delicious! You wanted a little bit of everything with the scallop bite. Our only criticism of the meal was that the scallops weren’t as hot as they should have been. The beef wellington was amazing. It was a melt in your mouth filet cooked to a perfect medium rare. We all moaned at how good it was after the first bite! Having eaten every bite of what we were served, we then had the sticky toffee pudding. I really wasn’t sure of what it would be like. Just don’t miss it! It’s a perfect blend of the cake like pudding, a sticky syrup over the top and a scoop of a special ice cream flavor on top.

The quick and simple process to check in and pay was seamless and very efficient, so there was no wait. The food choices were too many to name and everything was delicious. I loved the varied cuisines and the way the staff quickly served up the crab legs that everyone was eager to indulge in. I expected the line to be slow, but they moved everyone though quickly and kindly as he stacked them as high as each person asked. I can’t wait to visit Las Vegas and the Bacchanal Buffet again.
