Chops is the premier steakhouse of Long Island. Located in the heart of Patchogue, the prohibition inspired menu includes the finest dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood creations, a world class bourbon selection, and an array of creative infused cocktails.
Now Offering Complimentary Chauffeur Service
All Friday and Saturday reservations are entitled to our complimentary chauffeur service to and from Chops Steakhouse from 5PM until close.
Guests may park in the Patchogue railroad parking lot on the corner of West Ave and Division Street.
Upon arrival, Alex from "A Limo and Car Service" will be waiting there for you. His contact number is 1 (631)565-9015.
Guests will then be transported from the parking lot to the front of Chops, where our doorman will lead you into the restaurant. Upon finishing your dining experience, the doorman will arrange to have you brought back to your car.

Casual waterfront dining right on the docks of the Patchogue River, The Oar serves up fresh and delicious steaks and seafood.  Chefs prepare specialties like coconut shrimp, 36 oz sizzling prime porterhouse, lobster quesadillas and fresh Bluepoint oysters and little clams which are delivered daily.  Two dining rooms are decorated in traditional nautical style.  The front wall in made up of French doors that open onto the water, providing dockside open air seating in warm months and picturesque views of the marina year-round.  The rear dining room is elegant with raise panel mahogany, white table clothes and blue and white nautical stripe wall paper.  We look forward to accommodating your special occasion in the separate catering room.  The restaurant stocks full indoor and outdoor bars so you'll never miss a beautiful night at this fun and entertaining spot.

    This place is a gem within Patchogue. The brunch is amazing - I have had the chilequiles multiple times and each time it’s delicious. The service is phenomenal each time that I go in, always attentive, friendly and welcoming. It is a little bit on the pricey side (the add chicken for the Chilequiles is +$12) however I don’t mind the price if what I get in return is consistency and a welcoming environment every time.

    JP and his staff killed it again. 5 course brunch that will fill you up for sure. Courses were delicious and well timed, and they kept the mimosas coming the entire time.
