Ola Ocean Front Bistro - Condado Vanderbilt
Basically you are just paying for the view at a beautiful hotel when having breakfast here. The portions were small and everything was drastically overpriced. Service was fair, we will not be returning.
Love it! A bit pricey but definitely worth it with the views and atmosphere.
Brunch at Ola Ocean Front Bistro was expensive, but well worth the high price tag. I was especially impressed by the attentiveness of the hotel and restaurant staff, and specifically the bellboy, Bryan. Although my companion and I were not staying at the Condado Vanderbilt, Bryan graciously checked our bag while we ate, gave us directions to the restaurant and the bathroom, and was the personification of excellent customer service. This level of attentiveness was matched by the brunch display itself, which was lovely.
This was such a nice classy brunch I had. I had an amazing view of the ocean. The food was phenomenal, the passion fruit mimosas were divine, and the staff was just beyond expectations. I honestly didn’t even want to leave that’s how comfortable I felt. It was such an amazing atmosphere to be in! Thank you for having my mom and I! I can’t wait to visit PR again and go back to Ola!
Great experience for bottomless mimosas! The waiter was very attentive and the food was delicious.
Cockroaches. We saw two large cockroaches scurry across the floor while we were eating. Needless to say we lost our appetite. The waiter just laughed it off and didn’t say anything about it. Speaking of the waiter- it was the worst service. He didn’t show his face for 20 minutes at a time and there were only three tables seated in the whole restaurant. What a horrible ending to our vacation.
Overpriced as expected.
You pay for the view and friendly waiter service.
Nice dinner in a casual setting with a beach-like decor to the room. Beautiful view of the ocean as you look across the patio. Enjoyed cocktails and burgers. My husband had the sliders. I had the Angus burger with awesome fries. Service was attentive and loved our waiter.
Small portions and kids were running around near the pool. We sat outside. I wasn’t happy the table was very sticky. The food was good tho.
Great view, tasty food and kind service. Outside tables are next to the pool with kids playing.
Love the place👌🏼
I had a Valentines dinner which to my surprise had a special menu for that day. Thank you Militza and Mariana for your recommendations to go to Ola. It made Valentine’s Day even more special.
It was overall good, but the price was too high
Tha food was amazing and the view
Red Snapper was undercooked (reddish pink in the middle) and the soap was oily
Wonderful brunch on the ocean, with bottomless mimosas! Delicious food and stellar service. Highly recommend.
Very beautiful view, excellent and attentive staff, brunch was delicious and a multitude of different dishes were available. Would highly recommend.
Loved the place, great staff.
Environment: I like this environment, mainly because there is a sea view, you can watch the sea while eating, very beautiful
Service: I ordered a pina colada. Later, I felt that the rum was too much, and the wine tasted too strong. I told the waiter a bit. I didn't expect them to make a new cup for me. The attitude was great. Before I entered the restaurant, the staff in the hotel lobby was very nice and would say hello to you
Food: I ordered shrip tartine and a pizza. To be honest, the pizza of that pizza is really hard and ca n’t chew.
Such a. excellent place to eat asnd enjoy the view of the Ocean
We went for our anniversary dinner and the service and food was amazing! Highly recommend!
Our server was wonderful. The food was good, though not extraordinary. The view is great. The bill was wrong- the menu listed prices which were different from what we were charged, so we had to double check every item and that was frustrating, but they did fix it (while noting that no other diners had questioned the prices). We had the same experience in a different restaurant in San Juan; not sure what's up with that.
It was wonderful place. The Chef Cruz makes a Menú with a mixture of Puertorrican food and internacional food; Lo g Doy and Vanderbilt Hamburgers are a reall gastronomic experience.
Nice restaurant located near the pool at the Condado Vanderbilt. Service was excellent and the food was very good. Although we had a reservation, we still had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated and were offered a table inside. I assume the nice experience would have been amplified if we dined seaside.
Alex best waiter I have had in long time and made it amazing
The food was decent but the service was very slow. It was not crowded so not sure what the issue was.
Excellent service horrible food - would not go there.
The restaurant is located at Vanderbilt. these are all said
Buffet tastes okay. Only a few stations to choose from. There’s a fly flying around salad bar when I was there.
Beautiful restaurant, brunch was amazing! $38 buffet & 22$ bottomless mimosas. We had passion fruit mimosas , they were delicious! Omelette station was great. Hotel was beautiful & staff was. Very nice & attentive to all guest. Best brunch In PR!
Nice view and good service!
Loved the ambiance, food and service. Before leaving the restaurant made another reservation for next month.
They needed more viraity in the menu. More cold cuts, mimosa station, etc
We ate here 3 times on our trip! Everything is absolutely amazing! Every bit of food was yummy and cooked to our liking. Servers are super attentive and so polite and accommodating! Can’t wait to go back!
we took guests for a casual lunch. view outstanding facing the water..service a little slow but
it was busy and we wern't in a rush
It is a great place for weekend brunch and they were so nice to us and our dog. A great place with views, food, drinks and Petfriendly
Amazing experience. Outstanding service provided from all, especially from Alex. Food was high quality, large portions and flexible options for our daughter, who is vegetarian. We celebrated my mother in law birthday and the restaurant gave her a nice dessert for free.
It’s in the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel and it’s not bad. Probably better during the day if you sit inside when the sun is up so the view can be seen. Otherwise at night you have to be outside to see the view. The food was good and the service was excellent.
