              Delicious food but perhaps slightly over seasoned. Wife had steak fritas (?) and I had trout Parmesan. Generous portion of fish, steak less so but huge, too large portion of fries with her steak. Reservations are hard to get for peak times unless you book early. We enjoyed our meal and would go back again.

              Always a stop or 2 on a DC trip. Best crab cakes in the world. I try them in every city and country and these are simply “the best”. Great service. High noise level but love the green booths in main dining salon.

              This regards brunch. The quality of the food that we received was excellent. Our issue was with the menu itself. The brunch menu is really just the regular menu with a couple of added items. So, if you want breakfasty items (eggs, pancakes, etc.), you are pretty much out of luck. It is not really a brunch at all. I recall that they used to have a much more specific brunch menu with more options. Because of this we would probably not come back for brunch (but would definitely come back for lunch or dinner).
