   We came for a lovely dinner before our New Year’s Eve function at the Hyatt. The food was great I’ll be at one of our meals had the skin still on the shrimp but the chef did explain why the dish was made like that however the drinks took a little long to arrive but other than that it was a great meal the waitress was excellent!

   Old style, old furnitures, everything almost stocked in the 90's, unexpected low level for a brand like Sheraton. Dark ambient with improper sits and table with no table cloth or even plate or dinner set. Just 2 and 1/2 waitresses for a restaurant and bar with at least 50 guests, is not the best service offer you can expect. Menu is limited and more similar to a fast food rather than a Mediterranean restaurant but food was good and price balanced at least!

   We were celebrating my daughter's birthday here. Our meals were fantastic, the wine suggested by our server was lovely, and the service was exemplary! A complimentary dessert was presented to my daughter, finalizing a beautiful evening at this wonderful establishment!

   The food was very good, however we wrote ahead of time requesting vegan meals and this didn't seem easy to accommodate. They acknowledged our request and said "thanks for letting us know," so we thought the chef would have some suggestions or the wait staff would be ready for us but they were not. It seemed difficult to find a vegan option because the breads also contained dairy. Despite talking this through, we were brought a plate that had a tomato dish with cheese grated on top (as well as cheese in it). Other than this issue, the atmosphere, the staff, and the everything else was excellent. The wait staff tried their best. Our meat-eater friend loved his meal but there really should be at least one dedicated vegan meal on the menu.

    When I read the reviews the ratings was not the greatest. My family and I had book reservations already. U'm very happy we did not cancel the service, food, environment was amazing. Staff was very friendly and will go back again.

    My husband and I picked up our relatives at the airport on Friday at 5pm, and not wanting to fight 401 traffic, decided to take the time to have a nice dinner before heading home. This was our first visit to Olio and it was simply fabulous! From start to finish, we enjoyed every moment of being in this beautiful space and being waited on by lovely wait staff. The food was excellent. Because we had mentioned to our waitress that we were celebrating our anniversaries, they surprised us with complimentary desserts that were out of this world. So thoughtful, not to mention delicious! We will definitely be coming back to this place again!

    The ambience is wonderful. Visited during Summerlicious. The entree choice for dinner of salmon was overcooked and spoiled the dish enjoyment. This was disappointing since the appetizer and dessert were wonderful.

    Food was good but the server didn’t provide the kind of customer service needed. When asked for Parmesan for the pasta she said she thinks there is already some on the food. Then when asked for ice and straws her energy was off as if it was an inconvenience. We went for summerlicious and barely anyone was there so it was quiet and fast. Overall might return again one day to try the normal menu.

    The food was very good. Salmon was done perfectly. Unfortunately the restaurant was unexpectedly very busy and only one wait staff was working along with a manager. They handled things very very well under the circumstances but service was very slow.

    Restaurant had a good quiet atmosphere weather their for a meal or just drinks, our server was very friendly. I had the Indian chicken which was tasty and a good portion size. The wife had the salmon but was disappointed on how it was cooked. Mainly very dry.

    3 of us went for an early dinner on a Thursday. We were welcomed in a friendly and enthusiastic way, and were provided our choice of seating. We were asked what kind of food we like, and recommendations were made. The service was attentive, and the food looked great and tasted wonderful. The price was quite reasonable. This was our first time there, and we all agreed that we'd be glad to go back. Thank you!

    Food was excellent Service was excellent This was a covid make-shift patio, with a few tables surrounded by a fence, just on the edge of the Sheraton hotel entrance. They could have done more with making it feel like more than tables dropped on a sidewalk. Planters, Trees in pots, it would go a long way. The food was great and service was great, just felt like we were eating on a random sidewalk - poorly created patio due to covid restrictions
