   We are a mature couple looking for a quiet dinner but the hostess put us beside a family with a very active child who the parents couldn't control. We asked the hostess for another table but she seemed to disappear afterwards. Our waitress seated us at another table as there were many open. Service continued to waver, almost as if staff were confused at their roles. At one point we saw the hostess in the kitchen serving meals including our appy. Our appetisers of mushroom soup and smoked trout were excellent. My wife's tuna bowl was very good but my medium rib eye was closer to rare. I didn't say anything as the waitress didn't come by till I was half done my meal, it was late and I was hungry. Someone, we presume the manager, did come by at the end of our meal to ask how it was and apologised for the service. Strange enough when we left, the hostess was too busy on her phone to say thank you and goodbye.

   We are Very disappointed with the service last night, it was very slow and the server ignored us and the table of four beside us. It took an hour and 10 minutes to receive our dinner. Not even an apology or an acknowledgment but the sever didn’t even say thank you for the 30 dollar - 20 percent tip on the 150.00 dollar dinner. The food: shrimp with linguini was good but it would have been even better had our server asked me if I wanted Parmesan. The steak dinner my husband ordered was not edible. After several visits to this restaurant, we won’t be returning because of how terrible the service was last night. Better servers are needed and better planning for kitchen staff would likely help.

   Was taking my mom for the Mother’s Day brunch. Excellent food, great variety of see food, salad, cheese and hot dishes.. very nice service, perfect option for a brunch… the singer was too close and slightly off with his notes but we still enjoyed the overall experience..

    Easter Brunch on Sunday. The brunch buffet ran behind tables where guests were sitting eating with their families. Congested area. Omelette station looked fantastic, although I did not have one. Desserts were over by the employee section which houses items needed, napkins, silverware etc. again limited space with no direction on which way to proceed to get desserts. No dessert for me. Waitress came to our table when we were seated and informed us that we just needed to ask for the bill when we were finished. Since we did not order coffee or tea she really did not have any need to wait on us any further. This is how it appeared to us. Paid the bill at the table. Waitress left machine and bill, leaving us to add the tip. We then printed off our copy and one for the waitress. We never saw her again. Now food quality and value. $75 for a buffet. The beef was barely warm and it was under a heat lamp. So not sure how that happened. The best item on the buffet, in my opinion, was the eggs Benedict. The best ever. Pastries were rather dry. Salad portion needed to be filled when I went by so I never had salad. Oh, and we had 11:15 am reservations. In my opinion the brunch was overpriced. I have paid more than this for a Buffet so I know they can be pricey, especially when you are visiting an upscale restaurant. This is my second visit. First time was for lunch with friends. Lunch was Superb and priced right. Maybe my expectations were too high. Nonetheless I was asked for my opinion. And here it is. I’m am not saying I would not return. Most likely I will for lunch. To the manager of Oliver & Bonacini. You truly do have a wonderful restaurant.

    We were a party of five so there were different things ordered and of course different opinions. One thing we all agreed on was that the service was very slow. That said, perhaps the wait, for me, was worth it. I ordered the beef short rib and it was outstanding!! If they served me this at Hell’s Kitchen in Vegas I’d have been pleased.

    Service at table was good however when we arrived for our reservation there was no one at hostess desk- we waited 5 minutes with no acknowledgment of our presence so we approached a server who said hostess would be right there. About 10 minutes later she appeared then had to go set up our table. The restaurant was not full- it took about 20 minutes to get a seat. Food was very average we were a party of 7 and no one thought their meal or appetizers were memorable. I don’t mind paying for good food but this was very average and our bill was over $400 with only one beer and one small glass of wine. You’re definitely paying for being at the mountain. It is a noisy restaurant the wall is slatted into a hallway for the hotel so lots of ambient noises extremely hard to hear and have conversations.

    Very expensive breakfast (2 people about over $80 for breakfast). We had eggs benedict, huevos Rancheros, coffee, toast and sparkling water. The huevos Rancheros were good except poached eggs were hard. The eggs Benedict wad served cold and hollandaise was sparse, barely a tablespoon. The eggs were served poached and hard. I requested a bit more hollandaise to try and make it palletable and it came at least 10+ minutes later and was served refrigerator cold. I didn't eat it. I didn't complain because I didn't want to wait half an hour for another meal. It wasn't busy. First and last visit for us. A real shame as we were excited to try it.

    Latte was so bad I had to return it. Food was average for the price. The kids $10 waffles were so small my 5 year old was still hungry after finishing them. Do not recommend.

    The bar tender is amazing. He not only managed the Bar, but did a great job serving our table. We had the short ribs and Calamari for our mains. Fantastic.

    We are regular customers, especially on half price wine bottles Sunday. The food is consistently excellent and the wait staff always friendly and accommodating. As a regular customer I would like to see a rotating special of the day as the menu is somewhat limited and has been the same or similar for many years. A different pasta or pizza of the day would be most welcome.

    Went there for our anniversary dinner and ordered the lamb and the beef; both were delicious! Nice wine choices (although a little pricey) The cheesecake was also amazing. Our server was very friendly. The ambience was very nice, with a fireplace in the middle and views of the village out the window. Would definitely recommend!

    Delicious food! Our group of six really enjoyed the grilled calamari and sweet potato fires with spicy sauce to share as apps. In regards to entrees, the tuna bowl and short ribs tacos were delicious, as were the pizzas. Our waitstaff was friendly and helpful. Water service was great.
