Had breakfast, three out of 6 breakfast meals the eggs were not cooked properly. Had to be sent back and have new eggs made. Rest of the plate then was cold. Not the best for a 20 breakfast meal.

This location is getting tired looking and is in need of a re-fresh. Service staff were excellent, however, food did not arrive from kitchen as ordered place by wait-staff. Menu is very minimal and basic for a breakfast/brunch type meal. An O&B venue can and should do better. Hotel bathrooms (that diners must use) are in poor shape for a Westin and the mens cubicals (3 of them) were missing toilet paper dispensers altoghter. (Seemed ripped of the partitian wall.) Seriously? This will be our last visit to this restaurant/location.

Had reservations for 2 for dinner. Hostess tried to seat us at a table for 2 but our elbows were resting on a baby stroller. Not opposed to children being there we have children but the seating was not appropriate so we asked for a booth to which she replied it’s not clean so we said we would wait. She did wipe it down didn’t set it and after a length of time no one attended our table so we left.

We just celebrated my sister’s 50th birthday at Blue Mountain Village and we went to Oliver & Bonacini for dinner. Mackenzie was our server and she was amazing! We opted to share several appetizers as a post to getting a meal. The food was very good and reasonably priced, but it’s a service that stood out. Thank you!

We enjoyed our food but service was less than satisfactory. The food was not cleared and left on our table for a long time. They brought more food before clearing tables, they brought us wrong items. We waited a long time just for drinks. We observed this level of service by other servers, not just ours.

The service was very slow in spite of it being a slow evening with lots of staff. We were also very disappointed that there was no recognition of us being there to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary even though I put that down as the reason we were there when I made the online reservation.

Been to this restaurant well over 50 times. Often there is no one at front to seat customers, resulting in a lineup in the lobby. On this particular occasion it was the manager that was back and fourth at the front. However, unlike other times where staff call out to see who has reservations, we waited in line 30 minutes until they found seats for everyone ahead of us. None of the people had reservations. As they were busy, it took approximately 5-10 minutes to seat each party before us. Fortunately this was not our checkout day, or we would have had to skip breakfast. The manager apologized and informed us he usually asks for reservations, however on this occasion he did not. He also noted that it is flagged on their system that we are regulars. In addition to the apology, I would have at least expected him to comp the meals for our two children, however no such goodwill gesture was made.

Still my favorite restaurant for dinner in Blue Mountain. The food is great and service is good. We always enjoy coming back here. All the restaurants in the village are expensive, but the food is better here than the other options.

Unfortunately this didn’t live up to O&B’s Reputation. The drinks were watered down to start, they had run out of most premium brands (everything I asked for they had run out of) and the service was lack lustre. The food was good but was not hot when it arrived, more warm then anything. Unfortunately I spent most of the night on the toilet after eating there as well. We will not be returning to this restaurant, there are better options in the village.

Really terrific dinner at O&B. Sat on the terrace with a great view of the pond & village under a clear sky. Really good food with a good selection of wines. Our server Jashan was very attentive to our needs. We'll be back!

Our server was wonderful. Hostess was great too. One rude table who wasn’t considerate but didn’t ruin the experience. Food was great, shrimp were overdone but rib eye was delicious, potatoes were the best and the broccoli was perfection. Wine delicious!

In my opinion, the food at this restaurant is the best at Blue Mountain. Our wait staff on both occasions were excellent. Atmosphere was perfect. The front desk check in to be seated could be handled a bit more efficiently. We formed a queue and two separate parties just walked to the counter from either the side and the young lady there simply went ahead and assisted them. One thing to note …we did order room service for breakfast which included an order of avocado toast however, be warned that it is not actual avocado toast…it’s some sort of cream cheese spread which apparently included an avocado paste..it was white in colour and does not taste remotely like avocado. My daughter said it tasted fine but it was not avocado toast.

The restaurant is nice with a great view and large windows. From there it was disappointing. The table was sticky to the point where glasses had to be tugged off. The food was okay, but for a $51 steak, I would expect a thicker and more flavourful cut. The server had to be reminded of the wine ordered and a dessert and coffee added to the bill by mistake.

Service is excellent. We sat on the Patio and had a great view of the band that was playing on the Stage on the Pond at Bluemountain. Food was delicious but VERY expensive. 2 small tacos were $25.95. The menu said it came with nacho chips and it did but only 4. The person that order that off the menu was still hungry. Not crowded at all very pleasant atmosphere.
