The service was excellent! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and she said it was a wonderful
Amazing views and friendly service. Prices are a bit steep but nothing unexpected for a dinner in downtown Manhattan. Overall, the best features are the views as you eat and the relaxing atmosphere.
Excellent dining!! I look forward to going back again in the near future!
Even if you have reservations at the restaurant, you still have to purchase tickets to go up to the Observatory. We paid $104 to get up to the top, then another $150 at the restaurant. Not worth it. Just purchase tickets to the observatory and pack a sandwich. The host at the restaurant looked directly at me and proceeded to seat the couple BEHIND ME. I did not want to make a scene, but I will not return.
Food was really bad. Service was bad. You have to pay for the observatory been if you just want to go to the restaurant. Very rude people at the entran e for security. I understand secures very important especially for this building but there is no need to be rude, when you get to the restaurant you re preach in such a bad mood because elf all the rude security personnel that you do not enjoy your meal.
I do not recommend it and I will not go back.
Excellent food, beautiful view. Just wish you didn’t have to buy an observation ticket to the tower in order to eat at restaurant
The only thing that makes it worth it is the view😊 the food and overall restaurant experience feels cheap even when it is not.
Great views and great food.
It was worth it! The view from the restaurant wad magnificent.
Food was delicious and staff was very friendly, the dining 100+ floors above ground made the whole experience more enjoyable.
Food was just ok. The burger was fine although seemed just a standard frozen patty thawed and put on an oversized bun. Also had the lobster roll but it was generally tasteless and the roll it was on tasted slightly stale. Nothing exciting. And our table overlooked the observatory floor below so the people walking around, taking pictures and generally making noise came right up to our table and made for a loud lunch. Server was brusque, never knew her name (didn't introduce self), almost impatient when we asked a question, never refilled the sodas, and seemed to not care. Since they automatically add 18% gratuity to the check I wasn't inclined to give her anything extra. Wouldn't visit again or particularly recommend anyone go.
Food was awful, drinks were watered down waste of money. Just buy a ticket to see the view don’t eat there
Our experience was absolutely wonderful!!! The food was fantastic and the service was great!!!
Best birthday dinner ever!
Excellent service & food.
Well worth the visit
Food was delicious, but a little pricey. The view was awesome!
Come on.. how can you not have a spectacular experience watching NYC go from dusk to evening twinkle so many stories in the air!
The view is what you go for… food and service are secondary. Overall a decent experience but the food was only “good.”
The Medium rare filet was rare, other than that, it was good food, average price for NYC and, of course, and amazing view!
Daddy/daughter date before deployment overseas
My experience at ONE Dine was spectacular. The views from within ONE Dine are phenomenal, the food was great, and the ambiance was just right. Our waiter, Axel, was super tentative and personable. I can't wait to come back to this place!
Excellent food well prepared. The views cannot be beaten.
The staff was out of this world! Made our anniversary trip more than we could have imagined. Thank you!
Appetizers, fries, and dessert were good, didn't care for the chicken sandwich and my son said the burger was burnt and wouldn't eat it. Service and view were great though.
Educational opportunity for our daughter who had a lot of questions when the news was reporting the 20th anniversary of 9/11. The experience was lovely and food was good. Service at the hostess stand was extremely friendly. Our server was nice, but very serious. Can’t beat the view. Truly breathtaking and mesmerizing.
Can't beat the view! We ate here for lunch and it was great! If you buy the "premium" tickets to the top observation deck you get $15 off the restaurant for every ticket, so during busy times it may be worth paying the $20 up charge to priority lines because you'll then save $15 when you eat!
The food was delicious! We chose to go up even though it was zero visibility. It was our only chance to go up. Everyone was extremely nice and the chef himself came out to check on us and thank us for coming. We would definitely go back again!
Loved the observatory, the VIP tour, the drinks and food at the restaurant ONE DINE were exquisite
I expected the food to be good, but not great...paying for the view. However; the calamari was outstanding, the burrata was incredible, and the buffalo chicken was delectable! One of the best meals of the year, as far as I'm concerned...and the staff was wonderful!
I had an excellent time. The service was phenomenal and so we're the views.
Great place! I’d recommend it. Make reservation after the observatory because it closes earlier.
Great atmosphere and great service. And the view of the city was outstanding. A must stop even if dining is not planned.
The dining room feels a lot like an airline lounge. It is not very special or fine dining. It’s much like a cafeteria
It was a nice experience. Just not as "exclusive" as i expected.
Delicious food and incredible views
Pricey but worth the experience for my two youngest daughters on their first trip to NYC.
The staff went out of their way to make our event successful, and were especially attentive to the needs of my sister, who is multiply handicapped.
Food was a great surprise since we assumed we would pay for view in lieu of quality. Sangria was excellent. Servers all very helpful. It was a premier event on our trip to NYC.
Beauty views!! Amazing experience
Food was good, the view is outstanding And prices are very affordable. Great selection of drinks
