   I have come here for many special occasions, and I have always had a great experience. Today, however, I could not say it was the same. The servers seem to be having their own side conversations and inside jokes while diners ate. I had to ask for cream for my coffee I had to ask for sugar. I then had to ask for salt and pepper for my food. Had to ask for the whereabouts of my juice. The food itself was not good. This is the first time I've had to say that about the food here. I could have gone to a diner paid a quarter of the price my eggs would not have been cold. My toast would not have been cold and my turkey bacon would be real turkey bacon not just turkey breast pieces. The fruit salad if you could call it that, was barely edible and the fruit passed its due date. This will probably be my last time coming here for Mother's Day because I was embarrassed at the quality of food and service. Normally, I would say something at the time, but because of the occasion, I did not want to create a scene. I do expect much more from such an establishment. Today I was sadly disappointed with both the food and the service.

   Started with my table that I reserved for my parents anniversary not being ready as the staff sat people who didn't have reservations - we had to sit inside just to get a seat (they couldn't confirm when we would get a seat) Our server was nowhere to be seen and when we did order food and drinks, it was extremely long and came out so we couldn't eat/drink together. In addition, the lobster spoons ($53 per order) came out grey and very overdone - you could see it was overdone...but our server couldn't care. We then didn't see him for water refills or any updates. I've historically gone to One, dozens of times and had a great time - the last few visits have been poor but this was the worst by far. Avoid this overpriced Yorkville trap until they can figure out how to run a restaurant

   We have been coming back each year couple of times sit at the patio. It’s a perfect place to spend our Sunny and warm weekends. We always order a bottle of white wines with some oysters and appetizers. Serves always attentive, best location for people and cars watching. Must try their lobster bits, Wagu sliders, focaccias and oysters. Breakfast also looks good. Beautiful patio. Will come back for more.

   Had a very long lunch with a friend. We ordered a collection of small plates with a bottle of wine - ate and drank our way through several hours! Very tasty! Loved the fact that we were allowed to move at our own pace. Only criticism - slowness in pouring both wine and water.

   Victoria was our server and she was amazing 🤩 the food was great the Korean tacos are a must try and we were able to sit on the patio which was great

   All the appetizers and main courses were delicious. We had to send back our dessert, the chocolate tart as it was not good. The cookie we had instead was great. It is very pricey and the noise level is awful. We were lucky that they had a section of the covered patio that was well heated so we moved out there and it was fine. For a young wealthy crowd.

    Delicious food, as always, but indoor seating is extremely loud. I felt like I was at a sporting event.
