Jay was our server and from the start he was rude and seemed to be in a hurry. He was very slow to return back to the table to check on more drinks or anything. Later on he disappeared and the bartender Matt called on us saying Jay must have left and let you tab open not saying anything to us or anyone about his table still here and open. Matt checked on us a few more times and took very good care of us for the rest of our time there. We ate at this same location a few days prior and had a very good server named Kyle, he was top shelf being our server. Bahama Breeze is fortunate to have server/bartenders like Kyle and Matt. Thanks For your attentiveness.

Welcome and seated almost immediately. Hector guided to the table and offered something drink. The menu was brought and he went over it with details that made us wanting to order a bit of all. Ropa Vieja was the best and fresh peppers made it spicy and tangy without overly. The service and presentation of meals played a big part of the experience at Harry’s Poolside that night.

The food, ambiance, and service were all really good. Maybe it’s inflation, but we only got one appetizer and two entrees and the bill was over $80! I guess my husband did have two drinks, as well, so that might be about right. We had empanadas and they had really good curry flavor to them. I wasn’t really too hungry, but appetizers and entrees now are the same price so I just went with the shrimp tacos because they come with a side. I chose the seafood chowder and all of it was good. The tacos had the perfect little kick to them. I always love the reggae selection of music they play. Although we had the device to order and pay, Ashley still took good care of us and checked on us. She even had to help with my gift cards because the machine wasn’t taking them (or maybe there was a user error).
