   So incredibly delicious!! So many different flavors put together correctly. The only thing we didn’t like was the chicken fried lobster. Lobster shouldn’t be friend!! But everything else was amazing!

   The appetizers (spicy salmon crudo w homemade waffle fries and fluke sashimi w hot oil) were outstanding as was the truest test of any sushi establishment - the sashimi chef’s special platter. The tuna, salmon, and yellowtail pieces were outstanding. Being from New York City, we have a plethora of the finest seafood restaurants to choose from and Other Momma easily would have been amongst the top decile against this top peer group.

   Other Mama is an Amazing spot!!…welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Aimee), great wine selection, and a delicious menu…our favorite bites are their Spicy Salman Tartare with Waffle Fries, and their Yellowtail Jalapeño Crudo…I highly recommend Other Mama

   Not much to look at from the outside but don't let the book cover influence your decision to eat here. It's well worth the trip off the strip. Excellent sashimi and an extremely friendly staff. It will be a go to food destination next time we're in town.

    Have heard many great things about Other Mama over the past year and we finally were able to go last night for my wife’s birthday. Our server was extremely knowledgeable, are drinks were spot on, the food was perfection, the ambiance was great and the pricing was more than reasonable. We ate, drank and talked for 3 hrs and never once did we feel rushed. Highly recommend coming here, we will be back for sure!

    I've had three superlative pieces of uni sushi in my life. One was in Hokkaido in winter, near the docks where the fishing boats come in. The second was in a high end sushi spot in NYC. Other Mama provided my third. There are a number of delicious things on the menu - including the great, and reasonably priced, cocktails - with the amberjack sashimi being a particular standout. But great uni depends on freshness to a huge degree. If a place can do great uni, you can trust it to deliver on most everything else on the menu.

    Can’t wait to go back! Absolutely loved our meal and experience. The spicy ribs are a MUST…yum! Also, I’m not normally a calamari person but someone in our group ordered and it was the best I’ve ever had. Would also recommend the spicy tuna crispy rice, kimchi rice and for drinks: Scarlett.

    Came last year and sat at the bar for a wonderful experience! Was looking forward to coming back and wasn’t as pleased. Service was fair. Had to ask three times for a side of wasabi and silverware. Server wasn’t friendly so it made the entire experience just ok.

    We had a group of 6 which is perfect for trying all of the different dishes that they offer on the menu. You must have the Spicy Miso Ribs, the meat falls off of the bone and the flavor is so delicious. We also had the Japanese Fried Chicken which had a flavorful garlic and soy sauce. The Shishito Peppers is a great starter and Kimchi Fried Rice is a must have! The staff was excellent and the service was great! The place got very busy the later it got! Make a reservation! Great vibe and ambiance.

    Other Mama is our “ go-to “ casual dinner spot! The fish is so fresh. Food is consistently good. Service is on point and very efficient ! We love this spot where all the servers work together and FLOAT seamlessly across the room, always harmonious and pleasant to one another. I highly recommend Other Mama!!!

    This is such a great little gem of a restaurant. For us locals who tire of going to the Strip and overpaying for food, Other Mama is such a great spot. The staff are so very nice and food is great. This is definitely one of my go-to spots.

    Food was very good; the fish tasted really fresh. We were disappointed the service didn’t equal the food quality. The not great experience began upon arrival. The staff member who greeted our party of 3 showed us to a table located right next to the door…so the cold December air would be blowing in as new patrons entered. I inquired if another table was available. The response was a smirk along with a look that said, “you get what you get.” I fully understand that it may not have been possible to put us at another table, but the staff person could have responded in a more cordial manner. Following that, the service during our meal was fairly inattentive, and food coming out slowly. All that said, we did enjoy our meal, however, I doubt we’ll return.

    Outstanding cocktails; knowledgeable attentive service; very fresh sushi and oysters; well-balanced dishes. We really enjoyed everything we had. A few things we would have liked to order but couldn’t because they were unable to exclude the mayo, which is always disappointing for us with sushi/related food. Overall a very enjoyable meal in a welcoming environment for date night with hub.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE OTHER MAMA!!! We always feel so welcome. We are treated so nicely! The fish is soooo fresh it can beat any Japanese sushi bar… and we do know the best sushi bars!!! Amy, Jordan, and Paul have been so attentive and kind and always make us feel so welcome ! A casual dinner at Other Mama is always an evening I look forward to!!

    Amazing. We stayed on the strip for a work conference and wanted to get out of the hotel for a couple of hours. Other Mama surpassed any hype I read about them before arriving. Staff is so attentive and helpful and the family style let us sample nearly everything on the menu. HIGHLY recommend.
