p2b bistro & bar
We celebrated Thanksgiving at P2b and was so impressed with the quality and detail that went into every dish. Absolutely delicious with a lovely atmosphere and view. We will be back and already recommended this restaurant to our friends.
The Thanksgiving prix fixè menu was delicious and a good value at $44.00
Very good food. One small complaint: I would have liked a bit more turkey with my thanksgiving dinner, but it was delicious nonetheless. Great friendly attentive service and comfortable vibe!
I prefer to eat in silence rather than have background average live music, but that’s my personal take. Would recommend this for someone looking for good food at reasonable prices. Cheers!
At 5pm it's not exactly a place you would bring an infant to, but the service was very accommodating. It's very loud, because it is a bar and had live music. Which of course is ok if I didn't have a kid with us. The food was delicious but it isn't enticing me enough to go back and try something different.
We had a business meeting over lunch. We advised ahead of time that we would need to be out in an hour. The food arrived quickly, it was very good, the service was excellent and compared to other restaurants the noise level was low. Perfect for a business lunch.
Food and drinks were amazing, the service exceptional.
Ate here with my wife and her parents while visiting Vancouver, and enjoyed it. Everyone found something they liked and could eat, despite three different special diets at the table. Overall, it was better than we expected.
Service very good except the host who seated us was rude and seemed put out that we’d reserved through Opentable. Annoying background music. Very friendly and efficient waiter.
My sister has Down Syndrome and our server was so sweet with her. He made her a "mocktail" and it made her night! Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect! Even though we weren't right on the water, we were super close and could walk to it after our meal. It was a wonderful dinner and a delightful end to our vacation!
Our female server was fantastic. I wish I had remembered her name as I would like to compliment her on the fantastic service she provided.
Went with our toddler and had a nice meal. Our little one really enjoyed the kids meal which was the perfect portion (with a little left for a doggy bag). Vast menu options for the adults.

Friday nights are good fun here. Happy hour , entertainment and good value dinner make for a very enjoyable experience.
We stayed at the hotel, and enjoyed eating here for breakfast. The view is nice.
Fun and funky decor, food was delicious, good wine list...but need to work out service issues.
We were hoping for a quiet dinner overlooking Stanley Park. Instead, the room was way too noisy when we arrived - with blasting rock music playing over the sound system. Fortunately, a guitarist started his gig after we had been seated about 10 minutes -- but the sound system was way to loud to permit conversation. We found some menu items to be overpriced -- others just right.
Keep the table waiting staff and sack the chief. We ordered battered fish and chips, the batter was soft and thick couldn't have seen a hot deep fat fryer.
Take your money to the Greek restaurant in town., that was very good.
Took my mom here for mother's day. Food was great. Only thing that was disappointing was that the fresh chilled juices were not included even though it was advertised as included in the Mother's Day Brunch.
I ordered the medium rare 10oz New York Steak and my husband ordered the 6oz rare filet mignon but the server mess up my order with my husband's. I got the rare New York Steak and my husband got the med rare filet mignon.
Very slllooooowww service. At times painfully so
My husband and I reserved here for our wedding anniversary. We were very happy that they reserved a table for us right by the window so we can look out at the water. The service was great and the food was amazing! My husband ordered steak but kept taking my chicken mushroom penne which was quite a big dish. We polished that off, no problem! lol Will definitely go back for like an afternoon date. Thanks again!
Overall a decent experience. We tried the Groupon menu, and we all started off with the prawn cocktail. The prawns were pretty good and huge. I ordered the filet mignon, it was well grilled and medium rare as ordered. However, the pasta was a bit bland and dry. The desserts were not very memorable.
My steak was over cooked and was a bit loud, was there for a special birthday occasion overall nice
I ordered Tuna Poke and it was not good. The tuna was almost like beef jerky in that it was cooked and chewy. Made me think they had just chopped up an old tuna steak and put it in my entree.
Food in general tastes good. Chowder is too salty n not warm enough/ a bit cold.
Main course is good, quantity is on the lower side.
I don’t usually write reviews but this dine out experience out of my six others stood out so much. The waiter was so down to earth and genuine, he gave us food recommendations and told us if we aren’t satisfied with the dessert, we could have the other for free. Of course we didn’t ask for it but the fact he always came back to check and genuinely started conversations with us all the time plus actually good food, this restaurant was remarkable. Did I also mention, the live music was great! My three other friends and I were very impressed and had a good time. Thank you P2b!
P2b Bistro provided us a delicious dinner with dine out Vancouver menu that had good quality and quantity. Not like some restaurants, the dine out menu was less expensive by trading out the entree with smaller food portion. We order the Lobster chowder, Artic Char, beef, desserts. The Lobster chowder contains real Lobster meat. Artic Char came with asparagus and other veggies. The slow cook beef was tender with good presentation. Both creme brulee and pecan pie were tasty. The lady server treated us well with enjoyable dinner. P2b Bistro well presented the dine out Vancouver festival. I recommend them to someone have tried yet.
Waited 50 minutes for food, no one came to let us know what was going on. Chef personally delivered food & apologized. Still upset about the amount of time we had to wait.
Our company of 4 friends tried out this Bistro for the Vancouver dine-out. Ambience was good and not noisy. We all ordered the Lobster Chowder which we all find too salty and it came abit on the cool side as the waiter had told us it will not be hot as the lobster will lose their taste if it is served hot. The Artuc Char entree was tasty and for dessert we had Pecan Pie with the pistachio gelato which is good with some crunch of some salted pistachio sprinkled on the plate. Special thanks to our waiter who made our evening more delightful : he is very attentive and we appreciate his service and recommendations. We will definitely return to try their Happy hour.
Nice atmosphere. Our Dine-out experience was very good. The wine paring with dinner was a good match. Well worth it.
Fue la peor cena de fin de año que he vivido. Pesima atencion; cero ambientacion; tardaron mas de una hora en servir entre la entrada y el plato principal.
Excellent food choices, great staff members, we had a wonderful night. Thank you!
Food was poor and not worth the value paid. We will not return.
We booked an early New Year's Eve dinner. The price fixed menu was very reasonably priced and the food was delicious. Our server, Martina, was attentive and friendly. I would recommend p2b to others!
Great food. The steak melted in my mouth. Service was a little slow though. We waited a long time between our appetizers and our mains.
Christmas Dinner, not good. Other tables received more food than us, faster and better service. Won’t come again
The service was every good. And nice being available on Christmas Day.
Special turkey x-mas dinner was not good. Meat sliced too thick, dry & not very tasty. Dining room was cold/uncomfortable .
We have had special turkey dinner in previous years & it was good.
I celebrated my birthday with my family here, and we got the three-course prix fixe menu. We all agreed that the food was great, and the portions were just right.
Our server was helpful, providing tips about the food as necessary for us to enjoy our meal. P2B was also gracious about us being late for our reservation due to massive traffic in Vancouver (we came from Surrey and Pitt Meadows).
Overall, I highly recommend P2B.
We stayed at the hotel and enjoyed breakfast two mornings. The staff is attentive and helpful. We would return if staying in the Pinnacle Hotel.
