We had a great server (I can't remember his name) - he went out of his way to make sure my husband's cocktail was exactly how he likes it! And it was!! Food was delicious with large portions. We enjoyed our meal a lot.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for the past four years, but I must say that I was truly disappointed with the recent decline in their customer service after the remodeling. It seems like the quality of service has diminished significantly. We were seated and then completely forgotten for several minutes, and even when our food arrived, we were neglected once again. It felt as though they were understaffed, but the level of customer service we experienced this time was nowhere near what we had come to expect. To make matters worse, when we tried to customize our order by requesting breaded chicken instead of the usual chicken that comes with the pastor, they wanted to charge us an additional $12. In the past, we always received the same customization without any extra charge. This inconsistency was quite frustrating. I'm unsure if I will continue patronizing this restaurant in the future. They really need to refocus on their customer service and pay attention to their guests from the moment they are seated. Providing a consistently excellent customer service experience should be their priority. While the food is still great, the impact of their poor customer service cannot be ignored.

We dined here to celebrate my birthday. It was so nice! For our Appetizer we ordered the Calamari, it was great but I wasn't a big fan of the cold tomatoish sauce that it was served with. For dinner we ordered the Short Rib with Three Cheese Ravioli. What a great dish! The flavors are layered & go together very nicely. I highly recommend this dish!!! Our Waitress, Nicole was great! She was very attentive & professional! My birthday Tiramisu was amazing. We will be back!!

Took a very long time to get service after being seated. Gina the one pouring water and providing bread was amazing! Made sure even though the server hadn’t checked on us that our waters never went empty. Server was also consistently yelling to the staff about the high end steaks that were being “sold” to the table near us, which created a less calm environment and also put a dollar sign on all the verbiage he was using towards us as he continued to want us to change our order from the lasagna to a steak. Great restaurant have had better service in the past. This server was very nice, maybe should just work at BJs or something that would entail for the yelling to the kitchen across a quiet room.

Wonderful menu with so many enticing choices. We shared the short rib and ravioli - substituted pasta for the ravioli. Flavor of the meat was intense, meat was fork tender. Pasta had just the right amount of flavor from beef sauce. Caesar salad was a perfect balance. Ambiance casual-dressy, service was superb. Overall a delightful dinner experience, as always.

Eduardo did a fine job of taking care of our family. The hors-d'oeuvres were delicious but the three on the line at the back of the house were struggling to get orders out (an hour for ours). The manager Shawn would be great for service which is all I observed him doing. A good balance of the staff would have helped with our dining experience. Looking forward to seeing the improvements and future success at Paisano’s.

I had the chicken Parmesan. Excellent meal large portions. I split a meal with my friend and we both didn’t finish our meal. The bread is a 10 and the garlic olive oil has fresh cooked sweeten garlic in the oil. We both had ice teas and the meal and the bread and walked away only paying $39.

I guess I was expecting a table cloth dining experience. Felt like I was in a commissary. Swordfish needed seasoning and was well done. Fish shouldn’t be served so hot that the first bites burned my mouth. Well over priced for what I was served. Inexpensive dinnerware. My first visit to Pechanga and now realize there aren’t any fine dining experiences. Heading to Gambling Cowboy tonight in town.

We are frequent visitors at Pechanga. We tried Paisanos for the first time last year and it was fabulous. I had been trying to get a reservation ever since. I was able to for my husband’s birthday and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. Service is always awesome but the food was lacking. We noticed some changes to the menu and the food just wasn’t the same.

Strange waiter, not so friendly. Took a long time to get our bottle of wine. And one of the two hostesses was so rude. We were 10 min early and she said we have to wait, no smile, no eye contact and said nothing after that. At our time of reservation, we had to ask another hostess to seat us. The rude hostess didn’t check on the table, didn’t pay attention to the time. She just stood there and did coloring!! This was on a Sunday night.

Excellent service our waiter Lawrence did great job. The entrees are huge and full of flavor I went with the Short Rib and 4 cheese Ravioli omg outstanding flavors. The other dish surf and turf was also outstanding. The location is a bit tight in space wheel chair access is tight other than that it was a great experience.

The restaurant is affected negatively we thought by the renovation going on next door. The noise level was too loud. It was too dark where we sat and the light we were told we’re out because the renovation. Chicken Alfredo was too rich! Caesar salad was good! Our server was great!

Lots of quality control of food coming out, Executive Chef kept a close eye on the dishes coming out (has open view kitchen) simply put, great dining experience will definitely visit again!

I’m beginning to appreciate this place for good food, good service. I understand that improvement is ongoing for more space and less crowding and hopefully reduce the noise level for a comfortable evening with loved ones. About two years ago, we had a “bad experience” when the server lost my Driver’s License. My son and I had to wait about half hour for her to find it which she eventually did “in the trash bin”. We were expecting an apology while she was in the process of searching but we didn’t get any attention until it was found and not even a treat offered 😟 My son loves Italian cuisine but we never went back until recently. Thankfully, we’re back!
