Always great food and great times at Pampa. Slightly different now with pandemic but they are making it work. We have never been disappointed there. On this night the server was a little over powering, talked a lot and suggested to much. For the past 5 years they have given a complimentary bday treat but not any longer... or at lease it wasn't offered by our server.

We went for the Edmonton Downtown Dining week and were not disappointed. The food was delicious and did not break the bank. With the covid19 protocols in place, we had no worries at all. I do look forward to getting back to normal and having more tables and people in restaurants. We will certainly be back!

The food was substandard does not appear to be rotisserie style rodizio.
The food appeared to be and tasted as it had sat in an oven all day. the bacon wrap mignon was extremely salty, garlic beef was sour tasting and too much garlic. I went there for my birthday and you to gift card that I have been waiting to use on a special occasion I was very disappointed. I was very disappointed that I could not order things like cheese garlic fresh veggies for dip etc. I was limited to gluten is very carb items such as rice potatoes pasta not everybody wants those fillers the garlic rice was very disappointing but the potatoes were all right. I hope this is just due to it being a slower night on a Thursday I could understand why the meat would be so not fresh tasting an appearance we were given an extremely well done pieces but we’re starving and did not want to send it back. You’ll love this place and I can’t wait for Covid to be done and over with so we can get back to the new norm if you guys don’t open offer the salad bar and hors d’oeuvres anymore you should lower the price.

They are all cooked fresh with classic Brazilian seasoning- SALT. We also have a good amount of salad options you could have ordered for the mixed greens or caesar if you wanted to eat no carbs. Go hungry! No shortage of food. Dinner was amazing ! They have adapted their serving to be within Covid guidelines yet still maintained an amazing atmosphere. Definitely a must to try!
We went to Pampa for the first time.in 2015 and it was amazing. The food and service and experience was all around top notch.we went again last year and the food seems to have lost its edge. Service was okay...but we all felt it wasn't worth the spend.
We went back this last weekend to celebrate 15 years of marriage and the food was not good. The service was amazing but we will not be back. $40-$50 for meat that tasted old and runny mash potatoes, is not worth it.
Too bad. It has such potential.

Honestly the food was TERRIBLE. Sampled approximately 10 to 12 different items and NOTHING was good. Everything overcooked and terrible cuts of meat and even the rice was dry.

The food was SO good! I woke up the next day thinking about Parmesan crusted pork, bacon wrapped sirloin, cauliflower salad with chimichurri, and caramelized pineapple! Our server was so sweet and thoughtful. It was such a lovely time, even with all the changes COVID had forced upon us. Can’t wait to go back!

Ordered the half Rodizio for all of us and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the Meat, the main reason you go to Pampa. Chicken drumsticks were below average tasting, the sausage was generic, and the parmesan pork was fat and gristley. The best part was the ultra rare rump roast which none of us could finish. We asked for 2nds on the rump roast but in the medium range and it arrived rare. The meat was lukewarm and the sides are not as described the menu. Spent a lot a money and won't return. They took adequate precautions for the COVID situation. The poor quality of the food and the lack of free parking overshadowed the reason we visited, to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We've been before and was fabulous. The pandemic is no excuse for poor quality.

The portions are small and you have to keep asking for more meat. If it’s busy this can take quite some time. Service was great by the waitress. She was very friendly and efficient.

Overall the meats were relatively bland and some of the flavours did not mix well. The coffees were incredible as was the service.
Great dining experience. They have adapted to COVID by providing small course of each kind of meat and then you can order more of any of the courses. The buffet items are also brought to you a la carte.

Had a wonderful date night with the husband. Friendly staff. Only thing that lacked was the service for drinks. Meat kept coming but drink service was slacking. Very good food though. I would definitely come back.

I realize restrictions due to covid however I was disappointed in our recent visit. We made a reservation for 4 and when we arrived were told that the appetizers were not ready as they were not expecting anyone. We had a reservation and even had a phone call prior to arrival from the restaurant.
Honestly the food appeared to be microwaved. The chicken slimy and mashed potatoes cold.
The staff were nice. We did feel rushed as there was always someone at our table.
One suggestion if your at another table and you have food for my table please bring the food over first. Don’t stop there and talk with someone else’s food on your tray and have the tray close to other patrons.
I will give it another try once COVID goes away. It just wasn’t worth the money.
