We find the food here at Panda Inn-La Palma to fluctuate between Very Good and Outstanding. I am afraid on this most recent visit, we found the service to be very poor. It seemed like maybe some employees didn't show up to work and the existing staff was spread too thin, but it was a major disappointment.

Disappointed- ordered four bowls of soup - 2 were lukewarm ; 2 were hot (as expected); egg rolls were sub-par - not as good ad Panda Glendale. Entrees were not as good as Panda Glendale. Server disappeared after giving us our food. An entirely different server brought us out check. Not what I expected from Panda. 1st time at this location- not likely to return

By far this is the best Chinese food in Southern California. We travel many many miles to eat at Panda. Always consistent with the highest quality of ingredients. The flavors are exceptional and the service is the same. Very friendly employees who make the experience personal. The owners of Panda donate hundreds of millions to local hospitals and local charities. These are wonderful people who believe in giving back and supporting the community they serve.

We had a birthday dinner and they were able to accommodate the whole party. We brought our own cake and they helped with putting candles and lighting the cake. It was a great experience per usual.

Food was good service was bad, didn’t check in o us but did walk all around us, also made us feel pressured to leave by asking every 5 seconds if we were done eating when we clearly were not
