Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    Parc can't be beat when it comes to service and ambiance. The food is top notch and the views overlooking Rittenhouse Square are the best.

    As always the food was scrumptious and the ambience very relaxed. We sat near Locust St just inside from the walk and were able to cha without telling. The bread is always an important part of these meals and it didn’t disappoint, but the warm shrimp salad was also great.

    Chicken paillard is too oily. The salmon tartine, quiche, and the sorbet are excellent as usual. The service is great. Overall, excellent value.

    The service here is exceptional. I am low-touch but from the moment you walk in the door you are treated special. Everyone from AJ, Zach and Justin are so service oriented it’s like meeting friends who care. The food is fantastic. The oysters sublime and every drink consistently delicious. Thank you for making a Wednesday night single dinner a welcoming event.
