    Overall we enjoyed Park restaurant, the food was delicious and really well presented. My only negative comment is about service, although they were many staffs we felt that nobody was really taking care of us. We had to call the server few time and no one ever came to fill up our wine glasses. When I pay 110$ for a bottle of wine I expect some service. On top of that I had specified on the reservation that it was my wife’s birthday and I was expecting a free cocktail or a dessert for her but nothing unfortunately. It cost me almost 400$ for 2 people so I was expecting a better overall service.

    We were not told that one of the restaurant's sushi chefs had called in sick and that it would take my friends over an hour to be served their meal. We all got our soups at the same time (and they were delicious), and my vegetable tempura arrived soon after, as did a mixed mushroom dish to share. I started eating so as to enjoy the food while it was hot, and when I had finished my dish my friends were still waiting for theirs. We twice asked the waiter what was taking so long; he was apologetic but did not explain until the very end. Had we been told about this problem at the outset, we would have ordered something else. One of my friends suggested that this should get us a discount, and indeed the very nice waiter gave a discount (but I don't know whether he would have done so if it had not been suggested). I will not be returning: apart from the above, Park is not particularly attractive for vegetarians. I don't know about my friends. Café Bazin is right next door and is reliably excellent.

    Some of the best sushi I have ever had. The sashimi was diverse and unique, so were the Nigiri and Maki. Unfortunately the service did not match the quality of the food nor the price for the meal. There were few visits at our table to fill up our glasses and ensure we had all we needed. It was my wife and I’s birthday celebration and our friends had called beforehand to send champagne to our table, which never came despite the restaurant having charged their credit card. It’s the little things that count when you’re paying this much for a meal and it unfortunately was not up to par for our visit.

    Service and food was not as it used to be. We had to return the food back to the kitchen twice due to errors and waitress was very unpleasant despite it being her mistake. Very unfortunate since this used to be the best place for high end sushi in town.

    Food was okay, but expensive for what it was. Standout dish was the cod - cooked to perfection, it melted in the mouth. Sushi was nice, but was a bit shocked by the bill at the end. For two of us it cost $190.

    A great selection. Mostly seafood but definitely other options, and everything was absolutely delicious with interesting flavor combinations I wouldn't have put together myself but worked so well. Our server Nick was very friendly, helpful with suggestions and accommodating with any dietary restrictions. Ambience was excellent. A great experience all around.

    The food was good, not excellent. The sushi rice mushy, too many almonds, pistachios and other tree nuts in the small asian salad, the ratio was off. The miso soup and kimchi gyozas were magical.

    Normally a very reliable place to eat, especially sushi. The Chef's Maki was a bit over-involved, too much done to it. The service was not as good as usual.

    So good. We came 2 years ago right when Canada opened and allowed international flights without quarantine. It was amazing. Did not disappoint.

    Park had exceptional food, however the service and ambiance was sub par. The host was rather short and not friendly, and our waitress was not very attentive. The food was fantastic but at the price point of Park, the service must be fantastic as well. I would try another place if you are looking for a special occasion dinner.

    Excellent for tasting innovative versions of traditional Japanese fare. From one day to the next, there are classic dishes that you can go back to for familiarity, but also really new versions of different dishes in each category. I only go to the Park for noon business lunch meetings but I am looking forward to experiencing dinner at Park.
