We gladly accept online reservations for groups of 4 to 10. Entire party must be present to be seated. For larger groups or special occasions, please email Parlor info@parlorchicago.com. Walk-ins always welcome
We do NOT take reservations for outdoor seating. Seating is available for the patio on a first come, first serve basis.
We do not allow ANY outside food or drink in the restaurant.

I love this place. It has great food and the gelato tacos are the best. Went to dinner on a Sunday night with my family and my only complaint is the noise level. It was really loud. It was very difficult to have a conversation because you could not hear the person across from you without screaming. It really is a bar atmosphere especially if you are seated at a high table. I recommend requesting a booth which might help if your going there for dinner.

Parlor is always great. We especially like the Save the last ranch pizza. I always order it with a side of red sauce. Kale Cobb is also amazing.

Great pizza, but absolutely terrible service. I was so disappointing to be received in a rude manner at the front of house and as it was my birthday, I expected more welcoming service. It was a busy Saturday night, but as a group of 10 (8 were present at time of our reservation) they refused to seat us and actually gave me a very hard time about it. They said they'd give away my table if the two remaining guests did not arrive within 10 minutes of the reservation.

I understand a restaurants need to seat complete parties, but some exceptions should be made and front of house staff should be trained to recognize these situations. They certainly have a vibrant crowd and I'm sure my bad experience won't matter as they'll continue to do well as a hot spot for young people. I'll order takeout, but unless you want to be treated like you're not important, don't recommend going there do have any type of special occasion.

If you have any hearing issues it's very loud and noisy. Again, I am very sad on how I was treated by the front of house staff and the manager was also very rude. I guess they are used to dealing with difficult crowds given the size of the restaurant and the bar scene. Maybe I'll try to other location - but it will take some time for me to get over having a bad birthday experience.

for it being a pizza place..hands down the worst pizza ever..the toppings dont stay on when you pick it up and it and is soggy and sucks...not bad drinks...bartenders are really clueless and I think just there for looks ...but most of them aren't even that great looking..
honestly...its just ok

The new burrata salad is not worth the price, as you do not get much for the value. Also, the old burrata salad was more traditional and enjoyable.

For a group of 8 of us, which included 3 little kids, it took about 4 pizzas to get us full. We all shared 2 ice cream desserts, which I really recommend trying. We had a couple of drinks and even at that, our bill was under $200. I think some of the pizzas we ordered could have used a little more of the ingredients. some of the ingredients that come on the pizza such as cheese and basil, I could count like 4 pieces on the whole pizza. Overall, I'd still visit again.

I love this place for pizza. Nice and thin in the middle with a chewy crust always hits the spot! The atmosphere can be rowdy especially on weekends but the food is generally worth it. Also try the ice cream tacos for dessert!

A little expensive to sit and day drink till the evening ,but the service and the food very good ! Not so good $7 corona lights ! But over all would go again in a heartbeat ! Food service and bar itself lots of fun

Food is average, bar scene is good. Service was unacceptable. Slow to be seated for a 3pm reservation during a football game. After running a tab exceeding $600 for 3 hours our group was rushed to leave the table. Manager wouldn’t allow us 15 minutes to finish our drinks... seriously? Never coming back

Parlor Pizza has a great variety of pizzas and beer that pair perfectly with sports, music, and hanging out with friends. They also have a handful of salads and a delicious veggie burger that hit the spot for my vegetarian taste. I heard they have the best Bloody Mary bar in the city and the patio in good weather is amazing. We will definitely be back often.

This was a nice place to meet friends before a Bulls game! We requested a high table to sit at and were denied but during our time there were plenty of high tables to sit at. the booth was fine, but not easy to sit in for 6 grown men. Getting in and out was cumbersome.

Food is made with very high quality ingredient ... personally I am a fan of their Burrata to be kidding me pizza ... it is delicious.

The noise level is very high ... definitely good for groups!

really good food. So many different pizza choices. Appetizers were great. However, it was too loud and the high top chairs were so incredibly uncomfortable. The tables are way too close together you get bumped by anyone carrying a back pack or large purse.

Our waitress was horrible, but I love the Pizza. Not sure if she didn't care because she was already getting 18% gratuity for our table having more then 6 people or if she was just really busy, but I would recommend the Parlor Pizza in Wicker Park.

This is a great place to go with a large group for a casual, yet trendy dinner. The pizzas are fairly good, the ambiance is always energetic, and it's great food to split. The build your own pizza feature is always fun, with a good selection of sauces, cheese, and toppings. If you're ordering a lot of appetizers then I would suggest taking it easy on the amount of pizza ordered. I wish the waitress had told us we ordered way too much (we had about 3 leftover pizzas). If you're looking for a fun atmosphere without crazy prices then this is the place.

Not really pleased about their policy as it relates to seating people if the entire party is not there yet. The place was not even half full, empty tables everywhere, yet they refused to sit two of us so we could enjoy visiting and ordering food while we waited for others to arrive. Ended up going to the bar area, and had five open seats for everybody else who joined us. So, cannot see anything for the service of the waitstaff because we ordered everything from the bartenders, who were amazing. The host stand though has much more work to do to upgrade this review’s rating.
