This place is exceptional. The staff makes you feel like a regular from the start, and the food was fantastic. Emma’s dumplings were so fluffy and light, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pumpkin ravioli for dinner. Would absolutely recommend this place for a quiet nice of good conversation, wine, and authentic Italian food.

Our server did not come to our table one time without me waving him down after waiting and waiting and waiting for him to take our order, give us 'to go' boxes for leftovers, ask for dessert, or to bring another box for leftover dessert. He was timely in bringing us the check, though.

As always service and food was terrific. We shared a nice Caesar salad with wonderful rolls. For our main course we had the four cheese rigatoni and the eggplant Parmesan, both were delicious and highly recommend. Then we finished with cappuccino and shared a slice of cheesecake, also very tasty.

Nothing fancy... but who cares. The food was awesome! Everything came out piping hot, out waiter was attentive as well as the entire staff. We had a small issue with our mussels order but it was handled immediately and without question. Can't wait to go back.

Typical strip mall restaurant. The only redeeming aspect is the servers were cheerful and hardworking. Details the rest: Ambience is terrible. Has two sections - the bar section which was smelly and has clientele using profane language loudly. The other section was cluttered due to lack of space. Food was worse. Linguine primavera was a tasteless blob of overcooked noodles of low quality. Beet salad was a few humongous blocks of beet served with wilted salad leaves drizzled with low quality balsamic vinaigrette; was difficult to figure what the few bits of cheese were. The bread in the bread basket was undercooked and cold.

Last night was out first visit to Pasta Brioni in Scottsdale. We had a reservation in the lounge and were immediately seated. Our waiter was Mike who had a great attitude and was just attentive enough. Basically a classic Italian restaurant with homemade pasta and excellent menu options. They split the beat salad for us and had veal piccata and claims linguine. Both were excellent. Only disappointment was the tiramisu was all whipping with no ladyfingers but hey no place is perfect. Wish this place was closer Ahwatukee!

I saw good reviews on Open Table so decided to try it. It's a cute neighborhood place, with a casual, inviting atmosphere. But the food was mediocre. Veal Piccata was quite good but my premium side of linguine with garlic and olive oil was strangely dry and relatively tasteless. The spaghetti and meatballs had a funky flavor. The dumpling appetizer with vodka sauce was much and not appealing. It wasn't terrible by any means but with all the great Italian options out there this place isn't for me.

Pasta Brioni was excellent. Tried to sit with Evan but got shut out - full dining room. sat with Sophia at the bar - she is terrific and happy she has been the regular bartender (no names, but the other one was not working out anymore) - Service was very good again - Dave works very hard to make sure it is. Congrats to him on his upcoming wedding! Highly recommend and look forward to going back...either at the bar w/ sophia or evan.

Food is always great, service usually is also but it seemed like our waiter didn't really want to be there. I could be wrong. This is an observation of years of dining at mid- to upper-scale restaurants. My family doesn't drink alcohol and sometimes it seems as if the service protocols are slightly different (here and other establishments) for non-drinkers. Years ago when I first noticed it, I dismissed it, but more and more, especially in the modern world, it seems plausible. Restaurants make much of their profit selling alcohol, and the effects of drinking often lead to bigger tips. Again, it might just be me, but.....I don't think so. Nonetheless, we like PB, and surely will patronize again.

We ate early, 5:00, so there weren't many other people there. We were a party of three, two had chicken parmesan, one had pasta with shrimp. Salads were good, veggies were good, shrimp and chicken parmesan were also very good. The homemade bread and homemade butter were delicious. The service was impeccable. We all enjoyed eating at Pasta Brioni and look forward to eating there again.

We go to Pasta Brioni a couple times a month. Always happy there. A lot to choose from.... something for everyone. Highly recommend. A little short on help last night - But everyone tried to pitch in and it was fine. Typically - service is A+ will repeat.
