Fantastic service on June 30, 2020. Friendly staff and very proficient
Hadn’t been before, and maybe expected a little different - seems to be very much a clubhouse bar/restaurant. We [incorrectly] though it was more of a standalone restaurant. Having said that, the service was great, and our food was amazing. My fish and chips had the perfect texture batter, with buttery moist cod inside. One of the best I’ve had!
You really have to try the Brussels sprouts with cherries. I would consider myself someone who has good taste. These were amazing. Salmon and 7 oz steak entree we were also very pleased. Service was very kind and quick. Nice view of the golf coarse!
We were there for Father's Day with the family. We had a great time. Servers were attentive, food was great and ambience was very nice. Great care was taken with sanitation for Covid.
Great food and service! Kitchen was slow but we were given money off our bill to accommodate
I have been here before outlining problems re Pat Quinns and sadly this visit did not meet standards again.
1. We were given one dinner and one lunch menu. Hostess mess up
2. I ordered steak and frites and asked that the aioli be substituted out for a salad and expected to get fries. The steak came with just a salad. The server apologized and offered to get me fries but I declined
3. Desserts arrived but we had to ask for forks
I received an apology last time. Can I please ask for a gift certificate sent to me this time
Such a beautiful atmosphere and the food was really good as usual. Glad to see everyone back at work and social distancing. Nice to be able to go out once again.
Father’s Day brunch was great, we are glad we booked there. The food was great and the service was too. Beautiful patio.
The brunch was so good everything fresh and hot. Only one small problem the packets of BlackBerry jam were like tar and unfortunately when our server came back the toast was old and cold
Excellent service. Nice view of the golf course and the gorgeous Tsawwasen sunset. The roasted chicken was perfect. One of the best gin martinis I've ever had.
Great spot. We were seated outdoors, which added much to the ambience. Very good COVID-19 precautions.
Food is solid.
Waitress could have been a bit nicer - somewhat snarky when it came time to pay. Work for your tips - that's the industry!!
Great dinner out, first since the start of Covid and a great experience!
Gave us the table we requested. Ordered prime rib and when it arrived was not hot enough. Expected it would be warmed up and returned but not the case. The manager apologized and said it would take a while as they were recooking the entire meal. As well he offered soup or clam chowder while we waited. Darn no WINE!! Then the chef himself came to the table to apologize and promised the replacement meal would be excellent. AND IT WAS FANTASTIC!! We will for sure be coming to your restaurant many more times in the future. We have been before for burgers
Overall, everything was good. Because the restaurant was so busy, the noise level was high.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the service was definitely not up to the Pat Quinn style. The server hardly came to the table after serving our meal and it was a friends' birthday and they always deliver a special dessert. I had to go to the front desk to remind them to bring it.
It won't stop me from coming back for sure as everyone has a bad day. If it had been busy, I could have understood it, but it was quiet.
It was our first visit to Pat Quinn's restaurant. Took my friend for a birthday lunch. We found the ambience and view very nice. The food and service were great. We wanted somewhere quieter where we could chat. Would definitely go again.
Consistently good - both in terms of food and service - Busy Sunday night - food order took a while, to be honest, however, it was excellent
Excellent service, atmosphere and great quality food for the price!
I made a reservation Saturday at 11:45am for myself, daughter and mother. When we walked up to the restaurant entrance a young blonde lady said : How can I help you? We all thought that was a strange way to greet your restaurant guests and not warm or polite at all. Actually we all just stopped and looked at each other. The server was a young man who was good and polite. The food was ok to say the least. Not top quality at all for the price. On the way out, your not so friendly hostess was slouched over on the hostess stand, looking at her cell phone and said: By guys! There are not a lot of options in Tsawwassen as far as restaurants go for a girls lunch but we will not be coming back to your restaurant if things do not change. That is the third time and all times have not been very professional. Need better chefs and a better menu for all types of customers. NOT just MEAT & CHEESE dishes.
Tasty menu items
Noise level was great. Easy to talk with each other
Great view, loved the scallop shell booth ,decor was beautiful . The food was very good as well . My only real complaint ,would be that for a 9$ bowl ( on the smallish side ) of clam chowder , I would have appreciated a small roll or some sort of bread to sop up every last drop .
All in all a nice experience that I hope to repeat some time soon .
My husband and I recently visited Pat Quinn's restaurant for the first time and we did not have a good experience. We were sat at a table with a bright light over our table we asked for it to be dimmed and the manager told us that someone in the restaurant had night vision problems and so the lights could not be dimmed, we were not offered another table so sat under a bright light. Our meals came very quickly, my husband ordered the tuna bowl and the rice was cold and lumpy. We both did not feel well after our meals. Our waitress did not ask us how our meals tasted, our water was not re-filled and we were not asked if we wanted another drink. We didn't bother staying for dessert as the service was so bad and we didn't enjoy sitting under a bright light. We would not recommend.
The braised short rib was stringy and too chewing (almost dry)
Everything good but way too noisy. Service could have been a bit more attentive.
Opted for the DineOut experience, although my tablemate went for a more traditional fish'n'chips, which were apparently very tasty.
The appie had great ingredients but the marriage wasn't totally to my taste - maybe this pineapple just wasn't sweet enough. Beef cheeks - slow-simmered to melting perfection! 2 decadent chocolate morsels for dessert, milk & dark, with the addition of a fresh-brewed Americano.
A constant option: $25 for a bottle of wine. Very limited but interesting choices. We picked a mouth-filling Tempranillo, quite lovely with this meal.
Terrific, attentive service certainly added to our experience during a busy evening.
I enjoyed a gluten free, dairy free, vegan meal that was very delicious. We don’t usually go to restaurants at the peak of dinner because of the noise. The dine-out Vancouver menu offered good choices and our seating time was staggered with no full tables near us. Will definitely go back.
Service is always fantastic. I tried the Dine Out Vancouver menu and it was very good.
Everything from the view to the service to the food was top ... 5 star! We loved it. We compared our experience with the restaurant “top of Vancouver “ which we had had the night before, and let me tell you Pat Quinn’s is by far more superior in service and food and the price was even better!!! We will definitely be back again and again! Highly highly recommend.
Always great food here. We did the Dine Out Vancouver Festival menu. The server Nathan was excellent. Thanks very much for a great evening.
Another pleasurable experience. Food was excellent, service was exemplary. Will be returning soon
Celebrating 2 birthdays - 8 ladies, something for every e on the menu. All were pleased with the food, service, wine. Thank you for the 2 birthday dessert treats.
Service and food was very nice. It was good to have a place of this caliber close to home.
Great dinner, was impressed with how quickly our food came given how busy the restaurant was.
We were discussing the organizing of an event and there was just a nice level of noise that we could discuss our plans without interruption. The food was excellent and the service was professional.
The only comment that is not very very good is that the meal came far too quickly. Otherwise a great place
I love taking people to Pat Quinn's, it is a very comfortable restaurant. The only small comment I would give is the lights over the booths are far toooo bright. The lights being that bright loose the ambience. They do not need to be completely down just not as bright.
My friend and I decided to go to brunch at Pat Quinn’s on Sunday. I made a reservation and that worked well. Food was good and the staff nice. They let us occupy for a couple hours while we had a gabfest. Coffee is excellent.
Good food and service. Comfortable festive atmosphere.
