Pat Quinn's Restaurant & Bar
Great view, loved the scallop shell booth ,decor was beautiful . The food was very good as well . My only real complaint ,would be that for a 9$ bowl ( on the smallish side ) of clam chowder , I would have appreciated a small roll or some sort of bread to sop up every last drop .
All in all a nice experience that I hope to repeat some time soon .
My husband and I recently visited Pat Quinn's restaurant for the first time and we did not have a good experience. We were sat at a table with a bright light over our table we asked for it to be dimmed and the manager told us that someone in the restaurant had night vision problems and so the lights could not be dimmed, we were not offered another table so sat under a bright light. Our meals came very quickly, my husband ordered the tuna bowl and the rice was cold and lumpy. We both did not feel well after our meals. Our waitress did not ask us how our meals tasted, our water was not re-filled and we were not asked if we wanted another drink. We didn't bother staying for dessert as the service was so bad and we didn't enjoy sitting under a bright light. We would not recommend.
The braised short rib was stringy and too chewing (almost dry)
Everything good but way too noisy. Service could have been a bit more attentive.
Opted for the DineOut experience, although my tablemate went for a more traditional fish'n'chips, which were apparently very tasty.
The appie had great ingredients but the marriage wasn't totally to my taste - maybe this pineapple just wasn't sweet enough. Beef cheeks - slow-simmered to melting perfection! 2 decadent chocolate morsels for dessert, milk & dark, with the addition of a fresh-brewed Americano.
A constant option: $25 for a bottle of wine. Very limited but interesting choices. We picked a mouth-filling Tempranillo, quite lovely with this meal.
Terrific, attentive service certainly added to our experience during a busy evening.
I enjoyed a gluten free, dairy free, vegan meal that was very delicious. We don’t usually go to restaurants at the peak of dinner because of the noise. The dine-out Vancouver menu offered good choices and our seating time was staggered with no full tables near us. Will definitely go back.
Service is always fantastic. I tried the Dine Out Vancouver menu and it was very good.
Everything from the view to the service to the food was top ... 5 star! We loved it. We compared our experience with the restaurant “top of Vancouver “ which we had had the night before, and let me tell you Pat Quinn’s is by far more superior in service and food and the price was even better!!! We will definitely be back again and again! Highly highly recommend.
Always great food here. We did the Dine Out Vancouver Festival menu. The server Nathan was excellent. Thanks very much for a great evening.
Another pleasurable experience. Food was excellent, service was exemplary. Will be returning soon
Celebrating 2 birthdays - 8 ladies, something for every e on the menu. All were pleased with the food, service, wine. Thank you for the 2 birthday dessert treats.
Service and food was very nice. It was good to have a place of this caliber close to home.
Great dinner, was impressed with how quickly our food came given how busy the restaurant was.
We were discussing the organizing of an event and there was just a nice level of noise that we could discuss our plans without interruption. The food was excellent and the service was professional.
The only comment that is not very very good is that the meal came far too quickly. Otherwise a great place
I love taking people to Pat Quinn's, it is a very comfortable restaurant. The only small comment I would give is the lights over the booths are far toooo bright. The lights being that bright loose the ambience. They do not need to be completely down just not as bright.
My friend and I decided to go to brunch at Pat Quinn’s on Sunday. I made a reservation and that worked well. Food was good and the staff nice. They let us occupy for a couple hours while we had a gabfest. Coffee is excellent.
Good food and service. Comfortable festive atmosphere.
Great food: waiter was excellent
I love eating there, food is always very good, I like the feel and vibe. I will go back for sure again and again. Only suggestion i could make is to speed up the food just a little especially because we had hungry kids. When the food comes it’s delicious, just hard for the little ones to wait.
Nice atmosphere but incredibly slow service with no acknowledgement or apology or apparent concern.
very enjoyable all around. great food, great service and had a wonderful time.
Restaurant was busy and food took some time to arrive, but staff were great and very apologetic. Food was great once it arrived and will definitely return again soon.
Although the setting is beautiful our service was very slow - left dirty dishes on our table throughout dessert. My friend ordered the beet salad with a chicken breast and it came on a plate beside the salad and looked rather unappetizing thought it would be slices nicely on salad.
We reserved for a very early dinner with family. The room was quiet and we had a great table. The food was good all around and the Prime Rib excellent. Our server went over the top with a couple of requests and she really made the visit great.
Our Waiter was Excellent & ,Cheerful. The noise Level was very Loud. We were sat in the Middle of the Room. Fish was over Cooked in The Fish & Chips. Sourdough Bread Crusts were very Hard to Chew in the BLT Sandwich so Two of us couldn’t eat them.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere, decor was excellent. The food however was off the mark for me. The basic salad was delicious, however the rib grilled cheese was dry and the contents were bland and not placed evenly throughout the sandwich.
Other meals were quite good the risotto was quite uniform in taste.
We were next to 2 large noisy groups otherwise all else good
Good friendly service, good food, Christmas tree display outside was superb
The space is gorgeous. The service is excellent. The food is average at best and the prices are excessive for the quality of food. We need a higher-end, comfortable option in Tsawwassen and we certainly will be happy to pay for it. But the food at Quinn's is just not great. Every item our party of five had was unremarkable and, in some cases, not even that good. We've given it 8 or 9 tries now. Ugh.
We booked the Trophy room after our husbands performed in a Welsh Remembrance Day concert.
The server Jana was very good. She gave us advice on features, options & accommodated a special food request from one of the singers.
Our nine entree arrived at the same time which was nice.
The price was competitive & ambience superb.
We enjoyed a wonderful evening and Michael our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back again.
We lpve it here.. Cant seem to stsy away...
The first time we went we found the food very good. This time is was not as good. Pasta had cream in every dish. Not much to choose from.
Also Seemed very expensive for what we got.
The food was excellent. The view of the golf course gorgeous. And our server made the whole experience even better
This is a good restaurant. Each time we come here the service is very attentive but not intrusive. Its a place where you can sit and talk over dinner without interruption. The food is of good quality, well prepared and nicely presented. The restaurant is nicely situated with a view over the golf course and is a comfortable high ceiling room with tables spread apart and quiet background music. All round a pleasant place to go.
Best place to wind down after a day of shopping at Tsawassen Mills.. beautiful setting to relax and refuel.
Delicious food, great service, Thanks Mike. Wonderful wine selection. Better value than I was expecting. Two happy diners for $100. (With a bottle of wine.) Well done. I will be back.
Had a wonderful experience and Stephanie was amazing
Great food as always.
