Excellent food. Great for sharing in a group. We were 5 people. The waiter helped is navigate the menu to get the best experience for tapas. Great wine list. We really enjoyed the evening. Highly recommended.
Overall great place for tapas food and the staff is outstanding. The general manager is one of the best. We go here at least once a month for dinner or Sunday for Brunch. They have a great brunch and bottomless mimosa. Great food, great ambiance and super friendly staff. You won’t be disappointed.
The lamb is excellent
Went for my boyfriends birthday! Great time, and especially the service. They made it special with a birthday candle and sparkling wine.
BEEN HERE 4 TIMES
AMAZING EVERY TIME. THE FOOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT
Restaurant wasn’t full and table given was tight for four tall business men and practically in the kitchen which seemed odd
Service was pleasant and decent but not over the top or as consistent as one would expect for the price point
The food was amazing and the desserts were especially impressive. The red sangria was okay. Love the atmosphere.
Dined here for my husband's 40th birthday. Everything we ordered was delicious - we had the Palacios Chorizo, Empanadas, Croquetas de Jamón, Dátiles (our favourite) as tapas and the Paella Patria as the main. Great wine list. Great decor and high ceilings. Pretty busy with a noisy ambiance but that's part of the vibe. A bit pricey but totally worth it for a special occasion. The brought out my husband's dessert with a candle & happy birthday message. Will dine here again!
Really wonderful food. Great service and wine list. Downfall is that it’s loud, lots of business gatherings which is normal given the location. A must try
Elizabeth realized we were first time visitors and assisted us in ordering . There were deadlines as we were off to the Theatre. We appreciated the follow up during the meal. Thanks Geof Lauer
Great service and amazing food...!!!
Ordered the dessert churros which I found too hard to chew and told the waiter about it. He simply said that is how it is, I told him I don’t want it anymore he was just fine with it. Other than that everything was good.
Four of us enjoyed our tapas dinner. Loved sharing lots of small plates of many flavours.
Wonderful Pre-show dinner. Could be done quick or linger at our leisure
Was nice, but very loud. Service person was nice, but too busy
Love it at all occasion
Good food, good service, good wine. Will return.
We got a last minute reservation and we felt like we back in Barcelona (was just there last month) Great atmosphere... Had empanadas and seafood paella...
Wonderful food, drinks and service, as always!
Loved the food. We had a great evening pre show. Service was quick.
Patria is always incredible. You must get the dates!
Very helpful staff, great food, and you are not rushed at all!
Absolutely incredible dinner. One of my best dining experiences anywhere ever. Literally. Everything tasted great. The ambience was super romantic. Could not have imagined a better evening. We enjoyed the empanadas, stuffed peppers, coca trufa (like a cheese flatbread), and the mushroom paella. For dessert we had a Spanish pastry topped with a meringue custard (or something like it as I’m not a pro). All of it was incredible though I think my favorites were the flatbread, paella and of course, dessert. I don’t usually write reviews, but could not help but say the most wonderful things about Patria and hope all are lucky enough to take this Toronto treat in!
Loved everything about this restaurant. Service was exceptional as was the food. Will definitely be back.
First time at Patria, Wednesday night. Busy, but not crowded and great atmosphere. We had the large order of paella patria, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth used for the price was very flavourful, and we could immediately tell why our homemade paella was nowhere as good. However, for the price, we were expecting the large order would've been bigger and good to share among 3 people or so, but the two of us weren't quite full at the end of it (or maybe it was because it was so delicious we wanted more). All in all, great place for a special occasion or date night!
Our experience was great at Patria Restaurant. I finally found a nice and kid friendly spanish restaurant in Toronto. Food was amazing and service was superb. All the staff was very cool and helpful accommodating my kids. It is pricey but for an special ocassion it worth it. I will come back.
Great food and ambiance as always!
Horrible experience. We ordered a $100 bottle of champagne. Instead when the bill came we saw that they brought a $200 bottle and claimed it was our fault because we didn't check the bottle before we drank it. If I order a $100 bottle I expect that to arrive at my table. Who really checks the bottle in depth unless you're a wine connoisseur. Manager didn't do anything except make us pay our bill. It was a great night up until that point.
Liked the ambiance. High ceilings helped so noise level wasn’t terrible as it is in so many restaurants today. We were at an end banquette table so we weren’t overwhelmed by neighbours sitting close by. Food was excellent. Service was attentive.
Food is fantastic! And the ambiance is great for conversation and just relaxing.
Love it. Get the stuffed peppers with lamb meat and The hen.
nice food，the most delicious Spanish food in Toronto.
Food was good but really felt the prices for main dishes like the paella and the branzino were too inflated for the amount you received.
Great food, amazing service!
Food was delicious. Octopus was outstanding as was the paella
First time at Patria and will definitely be back. Food was excellent in choice and portion size. Everything was so tasty. The lamb fell off the bone!
This was my second time at the restaurant and I ordered the $75 ribeye medium rare and was disappointed to say the least - not only was the steak blue but the quality of the meat was questionable. We decided to opt for the 48$ lamb instead which ended up being another disaster, the meat was overcooked and dry and disguised in a lot of sauce.
We spent $400.00 with tax and tip and honestly regretted it. I don't know if this was an isolated situation but I'm not sure I would dine there again considering the alternatives that price range .
The scallop paella was a decent dish however.
Patria was excellent as always. Been back several times and will be back again.
Finally got around to going and really enjoyed it. Great food, service, cocktails, vibe. Nice not to have to yell to be heard by table mates. Will definitely return.
