Patria Ratings and Reviews
Went there for brunch while visiting in Toronto. Such a delicious menu and servers are very knowledgeable! Can't recommend enough their version of eggs Benedict with asparagus and manchengo foam. Can't wait to go back someday!!
Food was really not that great but the drinks and service made up for it.
Introduced two colleagues to Patria, as always food was excellent and service superb. Ever dish was better then the one before. A lovely and memorable evening!
My second visit and food was amazing as ususal. Positive energy vibe and Spanish wine :)
I was choosing restaurant for a special occasion-my birthday and Patria was an actual win-good value, great food and amazing interior (per pictures and review read). It was my first time here, I've reserved a table for 2 via opentable, it was an option for special occasion and requested seating (couch set, near those majestic portraits). When I've showed up at Patria for my reservation, it was pretty empty, but the hostess showed me our tiny table near the kitchen and when I mentioned it's my birthday and I would like a nice table, she replied that she has full reservation for today's evening and I can not be seated where I wanted. Anyway, I've got what I wanted but had this taste of "unprofessionalism"-not sure if I'll come back, but the food was good (tapas plates), our waiter was nice and did a brief explanation for the menu selection
Try the patatas bravas and the meatballs Patria- So good!!
This was a really disappointing dining experience. I brought colleagues from California here wanting to impress them. The disappointment started with the water - when a silverfish was in the water. The bartender was horrified but didn't really do anything about it other than replace the water. The food was good but not great and the service was spotty and not consistent. At one point a server came to our table and offered to serve the Paella to us and left before she even started. She never came back. And for 4 people where 2 of the people weren't drinking the meal came to over $450. I won't be going back or recommending the restaurant.
Awesome waiter! And good food!
Amazing. Lovely dinner
Impeccable food and service, our waiter was the lovely Sam. He recommended the best food was super attentive! And the food there’s no words on how good it was! I highly recommend the following items; Iberico Secreto, Patatas Bravas, Pan Con Serrano, Sorbet De Sangre Naranja!
Our server was fantastic! I wish I remembered her name because she was great! Of course, the food and wine was delicious, I could have those bacon-wrapped dates every day!
Amazing food and service , would definitely come again
The service was impeccable from beginning to end! The food was delicious, especially the seafood paella that we shared. We have already recommended Patria to friends and family, 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
Great tapas, typical of what you would enjoy in Spain. It was pricey so I only go on special occasions. Would enjoy more meat On the plater when ordering the special Jamon (ham) some plates were somewhat lacking quantity but certainly not quality. John
What a gem! I must come back to try more dishes. The food, though in smaller portions than expected, was delicious. Loved the butter lettuce salad and shrimp dish. Great location. One small suggestion would be to place a sign off king to dorect customers. Will come back again!
Went for dinner for Anniversary. Great food and service. Great cocktails too.
Always happy at Patria, loved the new revised Brunch menu. The Paella was fantastic!
Really nothing special - venue is nice. restaurant didn't go above and beyond - rinse and repeat effort . too much Citrus in some dishes - a far cry from Spanish tapas
I loved Patria! The service was excellent, the vibe is perfect for a special night out and the food is incredible.
Fantastic food and wine list. Not very good for a date night as the restaurant is really loud and it’s hard for intimate conversation.
Food and service was wonderful. Room had a cozy romantic vibe. We will return.
Food was good but unremarkable. Most items seemed overpriced given the quality. There are numerous better choices for tapas in the city.
Absolutely delicious food and great atmosphere. Service was fantastic, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for anything we needed. The cocktails, while pricey, were fabulous. The food was phenomenal. Overall, with higher-than-average prices and higher-than-average quality, this restaurant is great for special occasions or the occasional, top-notch night out.
Excellent food, great service and just such a lovely evening every single time.
We had a great time. Patria was recommend and lived up to expectation. Great food, cool spot, awesome service.
tiny portions... do not order the shrimp . 4 small shrimp.lol ridiculous
paella was very good.
i would recommend ordering a larger paella and skip all the apps
Service was personal and attentive and casual and extra special. Food was amazing. I’d order all the same things all over again!
Great meal. Croquetas were warm and tasty. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts. Cocktails were fun and interesting. Desserts were great. Only disappointment was the octopus. Tough.
Excellent vibe on a Saturday night...busy place with great smells from the open kitchen cooking away at capacity. The tapas share plates keep coming, if you keep ordering...
The Patatas Bravas was very bland, it lacked tasted and seasoning.
The desert menu was very disappointing! To be honest, by far the worse restaurant I’ve been too in terms of deserts. Waste of money!
Lovely food and great service! Very pleasant evening and would definitely go back!
Great food. Sangria a bit watered down. Service was stellar. You have to try the hen paella and the empanadas. It was all super tasty. Would visit again for sure.
Wow, exceptionally authentic menu with nothing pretentious about it. A thousand year old menu in a totally modern space.
I arrived and the lady put me aside and served 2 other tables of similar size that arrived after me. Then they said the tables are all full, and asked me to wait a few minutes. The wait was a total of 30 minutes which is ridiculous considering I shouldn't even have had to wait, and all they gave me was a glass of champagne that I didn't even want. Instead they should have thrown in free appetizers or something better than a glass of champagne. This hasn't happened to me before but the way they dealt with the problem was not acceptable for such a high end restaurant. Food and our server were good as always though.
As others have mentioned, the food is excellent (and pricey) but serving portions are small. Service was excellent. Would definitely go back again.
Friendly server, food came relatively quick and efficient. On time. Food was hot and delicious. The organic wine was amazing. I wish the portions were a bit bigger but the taste, uniqueness and presentation made up for that a bit.
It was an amazing restaurant with beautiful decoration, friendly staff, and delicious food!
Small portions for the price, even for a tapas restaurant
