What an elegant way to spend time with our family on a Sunday afternoon. We gathered from 3 different cities in Canada and the U.S.
We enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. We all ordered different dishes and they were all amazing!
The service was fantastic. We did not feel rushed.
This is a wonderful, relaxing place!

From our receptionist/hostess to our waitress (Sandra) and her assistant (Glen) to our menu de degustation to our wine pairing, this was a perfect evening in every regards. The Chef's tastings were creative and prepared to perfection. Their choice of wine for each plate was the best. This experience goes down in our books as one of the top 10 dinning experiences we have enjoyed throughout our worldly travels.

Pellar's formal dining room is consistently one of our favorites. The service is truly professional, friendly, and they make you feel so welcome. The food is seasonally appropriate and very delicious. Portions are perfect, and the chef serves creative yet approachable dishes. Of course the accompanying wine choices make the meal even better.

My go-to place in the region when taking guests to lunch. Very attractive surroundings. Always an interesting menu. Cheerful efficient service. Uncrowded, unhurried. Worth a detour.

We had a fantastic Father's Day lunch, with a great view of the vineyard in a bright and airy dining room.
Service was attentive but not cloying. Food was deceptively light but satisfyingly filling. Top feedback on the bubbly and the dessert as well.

Really special day and a visit I look forward to making again, soon!

We were very pleased with everything we experienced at Peller Estates Winery Restaurant. We truly enjoyed the food as this is particularly what brought us to celebrate my husband's birthday there. The taste, presentation, and wine pairings were delightful. We will surely go back to celebrate another special occasion!

We have been to the Peller Restaurant many times and except for last Thursday, have always enjoyed great service. All the other times we had our "own" server looking after us. Last Thursday, we had about 7 servers with the result that nobody seemed to be responsible for our table. We would request things two and three times and nobody would follow up. Our glasses stood empty most of the time. Not a good thing in the middle of wine country. We had taken our best friends for their fiftieth wedding anniversary. To say that this was disappointing is an understatement. A trip to Pellers is quite expensive - it should be enjoyable.

We had an excellent meal accompanied by a very nice Pino Noir and served with slightly under-stated professionalism. Unfortunately a party of eight arrived half way through the meal and felt the need to share their conversation with us! We will return.

Service was attentive. Food quality varied. We enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairings and were prepared to have one or two dishes that were not to our liking. In this case it was the octopus. They handled food restrictions well. The extra lobster linguine course was overpriced and not worth it. All in all a lovely evening.

The Peller Estates Winery Restaurant is excellent. Chef Parsons has created a wonderful menu. The five courses paired with wine option is a terrific way to try a variety of food with Peller wine pairings. I highly recommend this restaurant in Niagara on the Lake.

Our server Julie was not very helpful at the start. We ordered three chefs choice with two wine pairings. It was a special occasion in which we wanted to split the sparkling for a toast with my mother in law. Who doesn’t drink. Julie said “No” with not even an explanation or any option. We intended to share one of the serving of sparkling for a toast and we didn’t expect a refill.

Since we ate here in January I was expecting the same exceptional service. This really set the tone for a average meal on a special occasion.

We were a table of 5. We all decided to have the 4 serving meal with wine pairing. All was very tasteful with the exception of the main course which was a pork loin. All of us agreed that the pork loin was overcooked, dry and slightly chewy. We enjoyed everything else, very tasty. We will gladly return; we won't order the pork loin in the future.

My wife and I have made a habit of dining at Peller's whenever we visit NOTL. The food is always very good, the ambiance is great, with a very nice view overlooking the vineyards, and the service is impeccable, not to mention the wine which includes their ice wines for dessert. I must admit that my wife's choice of Spring Soup and Trufle Chicken won over my choice of Pork Belly and Veal Loin. We shared the Sour Cream cake which I topped off with a glass of their wonderful Riesling ice wine. This all made for a really wonderful evening. Highly recommended...

Attended what we hoped would be a quiet, elegant dinner at Peller Estates. Unbeknownst to us, the vineyard was offering an outdoor “party” that was essentially a full-on, tailgate party including very loud band. When we arrived, we were directed to a field to park in rather than the proper restaurant parking (and argued with by parking security attendants). The restaurant acknowledged and apologized for this. Once inside and seated in a very nice restaurant, less than 4 feet outside the glass window was over a hundred people partying and enjoying a very loud band. This event completely destroyed any possibility of a pleasant, enjoyable meal in a vineyard.
The restaurant did not advise that this event was occurring otherwise we would have saved the time and effort of going. The restaurant apologized for the inconvenience and offered a $20 bottle of wine as a gift- that, notwithstanding the kindness of the gesture, does not replace the point of the dinner nor the enjoyment of it. In fact, kind of cheapened what I think was an otherwise sincere apology. Would have preferred an offer to return under better conditions- and assurances of a a better time.
Can recommend the food which was excellent. But, be very careful to call ahead and specifically ask if there is something going on that might disrupt a quiet dinner.

The restaurant is becoming too noisy, too casual and is poorly managed - mandatory dress code should help, children under 12 should not be allowed, "loud" customers with base ball hats should be reprimanded, doors to the yard should be closed at all times as opposed to being opened by children/adults without respect to customers sitting at the windows when outside service is "off". Very undisciplined and uncontrolled view of a place, which could be a top-notch spot for a high-class dining.

MISMANAGED and OVERPRICED, because of lack of all of the above...

There was an outdoor festival on, which looked fun for them, but just meant loud bass and nondescript faint music rumbling the restaurant. Our server could not say more than a few words about the wines, highly surprising for a winery! Food was very good, but not excellent, some slightly salty, others contained distracting common flavours like bacon (in the lobster linguini, a cop out for a dish that should highlight the subtle flavour of fresh lobster!). Great surroundings.

This was an extremely disappointing dining experience. We were not informed of the food truck festival when we make a reservation, when the reservation was confirmed and when I called in to change the dining time. Three possible opportunities to inform us and nothing....and it completely wrecked our experience. We had eagerly anticipated a calming vineyard experience away from the hustle and bustle. Sadly, we were seated right at the window merely 1-2 feet away from partygoers who even tried to enter the restaurant through the dining doors. Our $500 plus dinner for 4 came with def leopard tunes and drunk dancing party goers. The manager on site did not address our concerns, which were raised, and offered us a token glass of ice wine for “our trouble”. As none of us like icewine, we politely declined. We paid full price for this horrific experience and felt severely disappointed by the entire evening. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

The price of the food is very overvalued. My biggest complain is about ordering the tasting menu where if one of the group orders it, then all the individuals in the group MUST order it as well which is absurd. You cannot order a mixture of a la carte and tasting menu which is very strange. The menu also does not mention this requirement when ordering the tasting menu and the waiter did not even mention this to let the customer be aware and waste time when taking the order to find out that the tasting menu must be order by all the individuals in the group, 2 or more... Kind of disappointing. A year ago we were able to order the tasting menu along with a la carte. I also said the food value is over valued and an example is the heirloom salad i ordered which cost $12.00 and it only 3 half lettuce leaves and a slice of very small carrots. At least 3 full leave would probably more acceptable for the price. Anyhow, i find the food is overpriced compared to the vintage hotels that we frequent, like Pillar and Post and Queens Landing.

My date and I went to the Peller Estate Winery for their Food Truck party in the vineyard. We thought that we would check out their restaurant first. The ambiance and service at this restaurant is world class. Very attentive servers!! We enjoyed the halibut dish, which was prepared to perfection! I will highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys ( demands) first class cuisine!!
