My husband and I had a fantastic experience with dome dining. Despite the temperature being around -5°C during our visit, the dome was exceptionally well-heated, keeping us cozy throughout the evening. The view overlooking the river valley was breathtaking, and we had no trouble seeing outside while inside the dome! Because we visted on a weeknight it was quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. It's worth noting that if you book on the weekend, they enforce a strict 2.5-hour time limit, so plan accordingly. Our server was friendly, attentive, and really enhanced the overall experience with their warm personality. The food was delicious, and we felt the value was on par with other downtown restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend this for a unique and intimate dining experience. If you can, consider going on a weeknight to fully savor the atmosphere!

Highly recommend Ernest's. Overall amazing dining experience. My wife and I went for our 22nd anniversary and I checked it off on our reservation. They had a chilled bottle of prosecco, handmade chocolates and a hand written card for us. All of the servers and the manager were top notch. The chef came out after and asked us about the entrees. Make sure you eat here.
