The food was excellent, but the server, while friendly, was not very attentive. We ordered the 3-course set menu, and because of that, she didn't feel the need to check on us to see if we needed anything else. I had told her at the time of our order that we might want to order wine with our main course (steak), but once our main came, she didn't come to see if we needed anything or ask us about ordering wine, which I really wanted to order. In fact, the next time to checked on us, we were completely done with our main course, and it was too late for us to order wine. And no other server was attending to the patio other than her, so I couldn't grab someone else's attention either. She was friendly and polite, but as a server, she should be more attentive. That's all.

this dinner was sooooo good. Food was hot, had the blackened chicken spaghettini which was amazing. My partner had the burrata arrabbiata which she said had a really delicious flavour, although spicy. We started with the calamari appetizer. We finished with the chocolate lava cake for desert. Beautiful plating for all. Excellent menu selections and very reasonable prices for the value of everything this restaurant has to offer. We were sat on the patio and watched the sunset. One of my newest favourites in North Vancouver. Highly recommend.

We ordered our food for all four of us but people at other tables who came after us were served sooner than our table. After an hour wait we complained to our waiter and got served within about 5 minutes. We got an apology. Also we ordered our drinks, one for each of us and got an extra cranberry soda. We left it untouched on the table but when I got home I noticed that on the bill we got charged for it. It is partly my fault that I did not check the receipt on the spot carefully enough. Thank you. Wonderful upper patio view, quieter than downstairs patio which was perfect for one hearing impaired guest in our group. Service friendly and efficient and got our happy hour orders in on time. Server explained the delay in food to part of our order delivered to the wrong table. We appreciated the explanation even before we made any inquiry. Perfect evening out with friends.

The Tenderloin was tough and the food very average. The asparaguses were very small and therefore the meal was overpriced. The fruit flies have to be taken care of. The positive is the location and the view. I have had great meals in the past but this time they miss the target.

The views and the food was outstanding. Our server was nice but i wish we knew we were getting charged for a butter that my husband spilled and was not replaced (so we barely got to taste it). I had hoped they would do a little something for my 41st birthday when our bill for 2 was $240.

Food was great, service not so much. For the prices you expect excellent service, but zero gap between courses, never cleared one course before trying to deliver the next, and cutlery arrived after the main and dessert courses. Just the service simply did not fit the price, they need to do far better for us to visit again :(

Came here for our Mom's Birthday dinner celebration, and it was overall just lovely! We arrived for happy hour, had edamame, truffle fries, yam fries and calamari. Dinner was delicious, I ordered the burrata spaghettini with scallops on the side. AWESOME SERVICE BY BILLIE, friendly and attentive all evening. Highly recommend 👌

I ordered the tacos, they were yummy. Portion size could be a bit bigger. The bbq wings were delicious one of my favourite meals of the night. The chicken spaghettini was a little bland but was still good. Good portion size. Service was okay, food came not too long after. Waitress forgot to bring an item but brought it later. The patio had a nice view and was an enjoyable eating place.

Went here for valentines. Food was really good but service was very slow. Staff is very young and learning the ropes. They were very polite, but hard to understand why Pier 7 set their prices like they did, given the reality of their situation.

Everything was top notch. I'm not really complaining, but in the general restaurant business, I feel the background music levels could be toned down some. Maybe I'm not a jazz fan, but over eggs benedict in the morning, I would prefer it a little softer. But love the place and will be back.

We were there for dinner after I proposed to my fiancé. The management took my request to get us an amazing table seriously and put us at a window seat looking at the ocean. The food was amazing and the 3 course meal was such a good deal financially. Overall 5 stars. We will be back.

Don’t remember if there was a choice to put other for tip …it started at 18% of the total of the bill which means I am paying tip on the taxes as well which honestly don’t agree we should! Otherwise had a beautiful evening and our server was fantastic!
