    Sunday brunch once again did not disappoint. We had a 1:00pm seating and all food stations were fresh even though brunch was over at 2:00 pm. Still our favorite place!!!

    Very nice brunch, nice restaurant, perfect for special occasions or for bringing guests from out of town. Very popular, one must reserve long in advance. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the Cleveland skyline (best if you come on a sunny day for the view). The brunch is bit expensive, though, at $59./pers.

    We sat at Table 81 for my wife's birthday, and the entire experience was stellar! Our reservation was at 11:00pm for Sunday, December 3rd and upon arrival at 11 we had to wait for a seat to open for us. We waited about 15 or so minutes before we were seated, which was not an issue and to be expected. I only detail this part for others reading reviews about reservations for Sunday Brunch as it is a hot commodity, and for good reason! Upon seating, we were greeted by our waitress (I forgot her name but I remember our table number) who was upbeat, energetic, and happy to help us with questions and ordering for omelets/desserts. We were provided complimentary mimosas but also had the choice of champagne on it's own. Our coffees and waters were constantly filled throughout our experience, and our finished plates were taken immediately. Silverware was also replaced as we ate. The room temperature of the restaurant wasn't too hot or too cold while wearing a sport jacket, it was perfect to my liking. The noise wasn't too loud, even with the piano being played in the buffet area. At the end of our visit, we were provided a red velvet brownie for my wife's birthday. Admittedly we were stuffed before eating this item and didn't get to fully enjoy it, which was our fault for indulging in the other delicious desserts beforehand (crème brûlée was amazing!). We enjoyed the offering either way, it was a great birthday gesture. We asked our waitress to take some pictures for us at this point and she was happy to do so, and did a great job capturing multiple for us! All in all, I would recommend Pier W for Sunday Brunch 10/10 times. The value received for the experience provided is top tier in the Cleveland area even in the colder months of the year. I'm sure the summer months enhance the experience even further, and I plan on coming back in six months to find out.

    Fabulous evening of incredible food and pretty environment. Even on a rainy night we could see the city lights and the dining area was festive and welcoming. Emory, our waiter was superb. Flexible options to whatever we asked about the menu. Always a great experience at Pier W. Thanks for the great table.

    You go to Pier W for the view and the food, and both were outstanding. I had the salmon BLT which was cooked to perfection, and then shared a piece of lemon cheesecake which was the best I've ever had. Service was good and though the day was rainy and the lake shrouded in fog still a stellar view. Great atmosphere. I've been a customer of Pier W since 1980 and never have had a bad meal or experience.

    Pier W is a well established restaurant in Cleveland. My wife and I have frequented Pier W because of it's ability to make your evening unforgettable. The drinks, appetizers, entrées, and desserts are made to perfection. All personnel make you feel right at home and can answer all questions related to their products and work together to enhance the experience. Thank you Pier W.

    this was another enjoyable experience at Pier W. Good Happy Hour deals in the cool bar area followed by a fine dinner by the windows. Samantha's service was excellent; fun, friendly, and helpful. The wine list is good but a little pricey.

    By far the BEST restaurant in Cleveland. The ambiance, the food, the service was amazing. We haven’t been to brunch at Pier W in a number of years since we moved and the brunch today was by far the absolute best that I have ever had.

    The lobster tails are excellent. The sole is excellent, beautiful. The scallops were cooked perfectly, but the presentation was awful. The dish looked unappetizing, more like scallops in a stew. Sadly, no wow factor with this meal.

    Pier W was a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Alexis and the head chef made it a superb experience. My mother is allergic to garlic. The waitress went out of her way to find out all the dishes with garlic. Then to top that the chef made a special to order meal for her to accommodate her allergy. Wow!!! I can't say enough of how they made us feel. I'll definitely be back.

    I ordered the filet mignon and lobster; they screwed up my order. My companion had to eat alone while I had to wait for mine. No compensation offered to rectify their mistakes. Terrible service.

    Our server was not very attentive. He took our drink order after quite some time. We were not ready to order our food yet. He didn't return for approximately 10 minutes. The appetizer should have come prior to the salad but came halfway through the salad. Never saw our server again until it was time for dessert. Someone different served our food. We were never asked again about beverages. The portions were very large and we had to take some home. We've been coming here for years and never had this kind of service.

    Georgia was our server and she didn’t listen. We had several issues ordering and ended giving up leaving without getting our “to go” orders. She never brought rolls, water, or ever asked how things were. My old fashioned drink was terrible. We ordered the pierogi, crab cakes, lobster bisque for apps all great. Lobster pasta and turkey dinner for Thanksgiving all good. Left without dessert as we needed water as just liquor wasn’t what we wanted. JoJo’s in Chagrin much better than this place. Better ambience, food and definitely service.

    Before anyone jumps to count, I left a 25% tip for our server. This is the fault of the management. The restaurant seated a huge party that took up two long tables. There were between 16 and 20 people in the party. I did not count both tables as my back was to them. They required so much attention that our service suffered. When you wait a long time for food -main course and also for dessert- and finally get out of your seat to get the pie for which the coffee had been served 20 minutes earlier and was now cold, that is crap service. Then to have to wait to eat pie until hot coffee was finally served is crap service in this level of restaurant. The server didn’t apologize for poor service, but instead said she was sorry that I didn’t have the experience I wanted. We were next to a table 10, 8 of whom were children who would not stay in their seats and a loud female family member who was directing games. These children ranged in age between 7 and 12 by my estimation. A party this large should only be seated in a private dining room and if there is not a private room, should not be seated. Pier W is an annual tradition. This was a disappointment for the experience and lack of service. The poor service and experience in no way negated the fact that they serve the best pecan pie I have ever eaten. I remember it all year and crave it on Thanksgiving day!
