Made a reservation with open table to sit outside on the patio. Noted in reservation that it was for our 30th wedding anniversary. The restaraunt was half empty, but we stop waiting to check in for a while and then we’re seated inside directly under an air conditioner duct. We froze. Food was mediocre and we asked for the check early. Had to sit and wait again. We won’t return.

Went here for Sunday brunch. The food was fantastic. There were 4 of us and we all loved our meals. Service was good. The one thing I thought would be better was if the food came out at the same time. My grandson got his first and I didn’t get mine until he was almost done. The server, however, did keep us informed which I really appreciated.

Great restaurant with great service. From a food standpoint missed the mark a little bit on the Marsala pizza. Goat cheese pieces were too small and there was way too much arugula. We still love this place. When they called to confirm our reservation they asked if there was a special occasion (there was) but then nothing come from that (not sure if anything was supposed to).

We’ve been to Pitch many times for dinner but this was our first brunch visit. Wow! The options, the flavors and the overall experience was wonderful. Collectively we had two orders of the biscuits and gravy; two breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast pizza. Man, this was a great choice and we will definitely be back!

Food has been average. Midtown location has better food. I’m tired of being told when we go there we only have a limited time of 1hr 30 min. It’s rude to constantly be told we have a time limit on a dinner with family or friends.

The food was good, but not worth the price. Our chicken pesto pizza was drenched in balsamic vinaigrette, which some might like, but it doesn't normally run off the pizza and puddle on the pie sheet the way it did last night.

Valentine Dinner at Pitch was really nice. Tables were decorated with a rose. Food was excellent . Really want to give praise to our server Lauren W. She was prompt and attentive. Lots of fun. If you visit this restaurant you may want to ask for her. We ordered a Mia pizza and a bottle of Pitch Black red wine blend. Special for $45 that Lauren pointed out to us

1. There were a lot of people trying to get in or waiting for a reservation but there was no waiting area or enough room for everyone. 2. The noise level, even upstairs was WAY too loud and did not accommodate a decent conversation with people at the table. 3. The food was NOT impressive. I would have sent the food back, but it all seemed temperature appropriate. I just wasn't impressed with the flavors, portions, and even the Caesar salad was dissappointing. Who puts tomatoes and mixed greens in their Caesar salad? Weird.

Had lunch on 10-25. I asked the waitress if they had hot tea. She said yes. Brought me back a glass of lukewarm tea. She said they didn't have mugs. But it wasn't even hot. I asked for ice and turned it into cold tea. She acted like this was all normal. What would I get if I had asked for coffee? Same waitress asked if my dining partner wanted another coke and she said yes. She brought her a can and filled her glass, and then CHARGED HER FOR A 2nd coke. Really? If you are going to ask a patron if they want a refill you shouldn't charge them. Really maddening. You're nickel and diming your customers. Poor service.

In all honesty our waitress did the best she could. We got there 5:45 ordered some beverages took35mins, ordered 3 appetizers and other 40 mins when that came out I said let’s ordered- one persons entree came out in 10 mins- it was the wrong entree and other 35 and no questions about refills, No apologies for food - just a “what do you want me to do” WTH box her pizza up, order her the right thing and get our food out. I ordered desserts for bettors take home. It was 8:49 when we left. No manager ever came over, they compt a few things, however at that point they should of done way more. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I certainly won’t choose to go there.

We placed a reservation 3 days in advance. When we got there they said we didn’t have a reservation and we would have to wait 25 min for a table. The hostess had to get the manager to get us seated and “allow” our reservation.
