Pizzeria Gusto is an extension of my dinner table, where friends, family and loved ones gather together to share conversation, laughter, food and wine. The aromas and sounds are a constant reminder of centuries old Italian traditions, which instantly welcome you to the family.
We believe that pizza is the perfect food. A blank canvas that has unlimited possibilities in both taste and texture. By using fresh local produce and authentic Italian ingredients your experience will surely have you saying "Bellissimo"!
Our wood burning oven comes from Reggelo, 20 km from Florence. The Valoriani oven is hand crafted by a family of artisans that has been perfecting their skills for 5 generations. Its domed brick roof and 650 degree temperature is the perfect vessel for creating the perfect pizza.

    A group of us went to Pizzeria Gusto after theatre for supper. Our group tried 3 different pizzas and two salads. Everything was delicious. I particularly liked the combinations of toppings on the pizzas. The selections are unique and eclectic. I have so far had the opportunity to try 3 different pizzas and all of them have been delicious. I particularly liked the combinations the availability of porchetta and ‘nduja as choices for the toppings.

    Food and atmosphere were great, didn’t like that we were reminded at 1 hour 45 mins into our 2 hour reservation that the next reservation was already waiting for our table. Thought the waiter could have waited until the 2 hour mark to start rushing us out!

    A wonderful eatery with delicious Italian food. They use high quality ingredients and everything is prepared perfectly. The selection of drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) is extensive and there's something for everyone. The service was terrific. Our server was fantastic - he knew the dishes inside and out as well as ingredients and gave excellent explanations on how things were prepared. This is a terrific restaurant with amazing Italian cuisine. I highly recommend it.

    Serena was our waitress and she was fabulous! Very helpful and patient with our table as we were a bit slow on ordering. She was very attentive. I would love more vegan options. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    Everytime we go we are never disappointed, pizza and pasta were excellent and the raspberry swirl cheese cake was the best we have ever had. Our waitress was very helpful and assertive. Our favorite restaurant.

    Ordered 2 pizzas - the Lucia and the Bianco Con Porchetta. While the ingredients were top notch on both pizzas, there was a great blend of flavours on the Lucia, but we felt the Bianco Con Porchetta lacked some flavour (felt a bit bland). Had a glass of one of the red wines while our friend had a Spritz Falso. Our server was new so she needs more experience to get a more balanced attentiveness. She was very pleasant but our pizzas came out before our drink orders (not sure if this is the fault of the front line or kitchen team). We did have to ask for our bill and it took a few minutes to pay so did feel the timing for this was a bit off (again maybe due to lack of experience). We would recommend if you want a pricey good pizza and a neighborhood ambiance.

    Our server Peyton was very attentive, friendly and that added to our great experience at Pizzeria Gusto! It was a terrific place for lunch today, very tasty drinks and unique salads and pizza. I think they must have a great chef!

    We have been to Pizzeria Gusto five times now over the past 18 months. It has quickly became our favorite Winnipeg restaurant, even for our daughter, who is a very specific eater. We highly recommended Pizzeria Gusto. Try the "Waterloo".
