Our wood burning oven comes from Reggelo, 20 km from Florence. The Valoriani oven is hand crafted by a family of artisans that has been perfecting their skills for 5 generations. Its domed brick roof and 650 degree temperature is the perfect vessel for creating the perfect pizza.

Dinner was delicious and service was great. They need to mark the signs more clearly in the parking lot. Some spots belong to them others belong to the condos next door. Dr Hook is ever hovering.

We celebrated a birthday, as we had so often before moving away three years ago. Food and ambiance were as good as we remembered. I don't recall we were given the patio as an option when we booked; it wasn't offered to us when the temperature was forecast to be quite warm. Most importantly, diners should be told when they're booking that they will have to leave after a maximum of two hours, so they can decide whether to make a reservation, not as they're seated and being handed menus.

This location of Pizzeria Gusto is in a beautiful area and environment, too pricey for me to go often but I'm so glad I got to try it. Every dish we ordered was full of such well-pairing flavours, my taste buds did a happy dance with each bite. While the servings were smaller than I expected, everything arrived in a timely manner and our server (Kaitlyn?) was the perfect combination of present and absent. She really created a sense of fine dining for us! Fantastic food and service but the acoustics in the place were really bothersome. As soon as a few more tables were taken up, conversation around us felt amplified to a point where we could not speak at normal inside volume anymore. If you get a chance to go... do!

Fabulous evening with my family! Our many thanks to Sal for his attentive care at our table ALL evening and his warm welcoming ways when we arrived. It’s like visiting family for dinner! Grant took care of our table and his help and suggestions were all so appreciated. He is awesome. Need the vegan options thank you!

One of my favourite places in Winnipeg. Great service. Great wine selection - love the Vecchie Vigne wine. We only had salad this time but the Beet salad was great.

We were told there were no mushrooms available to make the risotto, and while our server offered other vegetables to do it with, we declined. When we were leaving there was a large stainless steel container full of sliced mushrooms sitting on the counter. I doubt there was a delivery at 8pm. The meatballs and the almost raw green beans were not as hot, temperature-wise, as they should have been, so that was not up to snuff either. Also, don’t be surprised if someone breaks a tooth on the Caesar croutons - I had to stop chewing them if I wanted to hear someone talking at the table - they were like rocks. Still one of my “go-to”s, but definitely saw a decline on Monday.

We had a large table in a more secluded area of the restaurant. Went to celebrate a birthday. Had a really great time. The waitress was so friendly. Food was excellent. Can’t wait to go back again

Excellent Cocktails! Days of wine and roses never fails to impress. Mixed Reviews on the food. Green beans were undercooked and woody, not charred as advertised, polenta gnudi was delicious, beet salad was underwhelming, with little flavour. The meatballs were delicious as always.

I met with 7 friends at Pizzeria Gusto and all 8 of us ordered different meals. We all thought our food was fabulous. We also loved the lighting and colour palette in the restaurant. It’s a lot bigger inside than we thought too! We’ll definitely be back.

We love going to Pizzeria Gusto for dinner. It’s always good. The cocktails are amazing as well. My only criticism would be the wine prices. I feel many restaurants charge far more than they should for wine.
