    My first experience at this restaurant was excellent, however, this time unfortunately the food was very slow to come out and was overcooked with very little gravy on the biscuits and gravy. The Pastelitos were 10/10 and the staff did apologize for the wait. Our waitress was very slow as she was both inside and outside and wouldn’t come around for 15+ minutes at a time. I’m still rating this restaurant 4 stars based on the amazing food and service we had on the original visit, but had this been the first time I went I probably wouldn’t have given them more than 2.5 stars.

    The staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience for brunch amazing. I need to send a special shout out to Emma, Robbie, Louis and Austin. You were the All Stars of the day as far as I’m concerned. THANK YOU!!!We were there for a birthday celebration and were hoping for an outside table. They went the extra mile to accomplish this for us. Everyone was just so personable and made us feel at home. The food is amazing and I’ve never had a bad meal here.

    The staff here is incredible!! They are so nice and attentive!! I absolutely love the environment!! They knew we were there celebrating our anniversary and not only did both staff members we came in contact us wish us a happy anniversary but they also brought us out a delicious desert as a surprise!! They are amazing and I cannot wait to go back!! <3

    Sitting on the patio of the Plancha will remind you of a European scene. The service is delightful, and the food is delicious. This is my favorite getaway from the beaten path.

    I had a fantastic brunch experience at Plancha, and our server, Luis, was truly outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, and Luis went above and beyond with his attentive and friendly service, making the entire meal even more enjoyable. The restaurant's pleasant atmosphere added to the overall wonderful dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Plancha for a delightful brunch with exceptional service.

    From greeting to eating this was an incredible experience. Our culinary presenter and guide, Karen, and the rest of the team provided exceptional service and the food and drinks were amazing. I know that might sound odd as a description, but “server” did not capture her skills adequately. This was quite an elevated brunch menu infused with a Latin twist. I’m both thankful and sad that we do t live closer. Thankful because it keeps the magic from wearing off (and I would gain weight like it was my job), but sad too. It was an incredible experience of quality ingredients prepared with care and expertise and executed with unmatched hospitality but a bit of a drive from Tampa. Still every bit worth the trip though! This made my lovely bride’s bday weekend celebration extra special. Thanks Karen and team! Also, the visual presentation was off the charts matching the flavors. Back of house nailed it as well! Kudos to all!

    As a former Miss America, I have experienced some of the finest restaurants throughout our country, so Plancha at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort delivered an unmatched culinary experience. The maître d', Robbie, detailed every aspect of our Sunday Brunch. First, I received a personal call to confirm my reservation. Then, we discussed the "special occasion" being celebrated as I hosted a 52-year reunion with some special friends. Upon arrival, Robbie greeted us and seated us at a window table with a beautiful view. She introduced our server, who was upbeat, personal, and professional. The Latin-American menu provided gourmet choices that appealed to all, and was reasonably priced. The ambiance was impressive, and we could have relaxed conversations taking time without feeling rushed. Then came the surprise that took our breath away. Beautiful dessert plates featuring chocolate-covered strawberries, macaroons, flowers, rhinestone tierras, and little banners with our titles; Miss America and Miss Florida. We could not believe our eyes, and when "Thanking" the manager, he said that their staff and pastry group had come up with the idea and were excited to present it to us. So creative, so unexpected, so extraordinary! Certainly far more than a five-star experience. When in Orlando, give yourself a treat and experience the Four Seasons Plancha. You'll have your own story to tell, and what a story it will be!

    Food marketed as cuban inspired is not very authentic. It was just ok. We were sat in an overflow area that felt like convention center seating. That was disappointing as we were celebrating a 70th birthday.

    It was my first time at Plancha and I took my best friend for her birthday brunch, we were blown away by the food, drinks and the service. They took such good care of us and our drinks never even had a chance to be empty - so much attention to detail and wonderful recommendations by the staff. 10/10 I will absolutely be back!

    This place is such a hidden gem! We went based on the almost perfect review and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing, our server Karen was so nice and helpful and was spot on with everything she recommended. We didn’t realize we had stayed past closing. They even sent out a complimentary dessert for my husbands birthday. 100000% recommend

    One of my “go to” restaurants while in Orlando. The food, service, and ambiance are wonderful. Actually a better deal than foraging for food in the theme park areas, and is about the same price wise as the Disney prices, but the quality is far superior. It’s a welcome break from the parks. The burger is excellent, and the Cuban options are all delicious. Can’t say enough good things about the experience.

    Our visits to Plancha are ALWAYS a wonderful time. Their brunch menu is truly a hidden gem in the Orlando area and well worth a visit if your trying to get away from the hectic tourist spots and overpacked Disney fare. Not that there is anything wrong with that but brunch on the patio, near the pond and with mimosa in hand is just an ideal Sunday morning. And Plancha never disappoints. Our server, Chaimae, is simply amazing, professional, and top-class. We look forward to seeing her each Sunday and we’d like to think she isn’t sick of seeing us just yet. The whole staff is exceptional from the assistants, to the bartenders, the servers, chefs and management. They’ve become our surrogate family over the years. I cannot say enough good things about them.
