Planet Hollywood - Las Vegas
Meh. The food was just meh.
Servers were fantastic, food was disappointing.
This restaurant was part of a package deal with tickets for the Paula Abdul show at the Flamingo. One of the saddest restaurants I have ever visited. Tucked away in the no shop zone on the third floor / I think during its heyday it was on the main level. For a Saturday night the place was a ghost town. No waiting / so if you are in. Hurry / trek up to the top floor and you can get in and out pretty quick. Other than that. Food was only okay / admitting we you get a Prix Fix menu here / but not a great selection to choose from. I had the Turkey club / the toast was already cold when it arrived and the fries were also Luke warm. Likely sitting under a heat lamp for some time . We got a refill of the soda / but didn’t want it / do that was a waste on the restaurants side. The place likes dated and not well kept. Even the restroom was dirty. Our server was pleasant, but this place is either your first or last job on the strip. I give it a year before it is closed. Note to Flamingo. ~ I would pay more money for Carmines and have a much better preshow experience then this place. As it was themed for movies / I will sum it up with the Bette Davis quote “What a dump.”
Food is way overpriced
It is slightly overpriced for the somewhat limited and lower quality chain menu. Very easy to get a table though. The atmosphere is still good
Food was just ok, drink prices are reasonable for well drinks considering Las Vegas. Ambiance was not great during our visit as there was a wedding reception in the back and the area beside the bar they were moving tables and chairs which was very disturbing hearing their grinding along the floor during our visit.
The lasagna never disappoints. Great food!
The service was good. However the food wasn’t very good and the restaurant doesn’t seem very clean. Compared to the other hotel options, I cannot believe this place is still in service.
Mitten im „Geschehen” - nicht weit vom Strip entfernt. Leider nur mittelmäßige Speisen. Ambiente eher billig und touristisch. Nur sehr bedingt zu empfehlen.
Went for a family birthday dinner. The atmosphere was nice, the movie memorabilia was fun to look at, but there was not very much of it. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was not very good and quite overpriced. We had the “world famous” chicken tenders which had very little flavor. The burgers were average and the Cajun pasta was bland. The pizza was the least expensive and best tasting item we ordered. Fun place to walk through, maybe have a drink at the bar, but we would not dine there again.
Worst pasta I have ever had no flavor over priced crap
Great experience ... Sat outside overlooking the strip with family ... What a great view ....Very attentive server and good quality food .... Also very happy with the price ...Would recommend...
Stephenie was superb at our table. Friendly and very professional
Booked a reservation online (through OpenTable) 2 hours before dinner. When we arrived the restaurant was practically empty (7:45 pm) and we were told that they couldn't find our reservation. We were told it would be an hour and a half before we could be seated. The reason was there was a wedding party and an additional party. Again, most of the restaurant was empty, besides the wedding group behind a closed off area. After speaking to the manager, we were seated quickly in the dining room with 1 other group, and the rest of the area was filled with empty tables. Once we got all of that settled, our server was very friendly and accommodating. Food was great, no complaints there. Atmosphere and decor were lackluster. Outdated and in major need of an update.
Bartender must of had a light hand, drinks were terrible.
Very good service, they were able to accommodate a table of ten. The food was fast and fresh. The drinks were very good and the server was awesome.
very disappointed with this location. After going to Planet Hollywood in Orlando, this restaurant seems like an after thought. no ambiance like the other one we have been at. Not worth the money or time imo
Ok, the higher marks goes to my caring server! He made sure I was covered and out in time to see Celine Dion last shows.
Ambiance, SO much missing from props and now it’s jus totally lame.
Food, I ordered the LA Lasagna which I always love, this time they didn’t nuke it long enough and shortly became separated and cold.
Cleanliness, 100% awful!! Has ANY managers or executives been in the men’s restroom. It’s the worst restroom in any restaurant I have ever seen!!! This is one factor that your a failing company!!!
Noise level was fine, restaurant was empty!!
All in all, please stop thinking that your a magnet for celebs, your not.
Also why chicken crunch so expensive, and gone up in prince!! Why 6 oz size ? Rip-off!!!
The waiter lacked customer service.
Sadly this was a really underwhelming experience. Kinda sad in the back corner of the Forum Shops. Felt as if it had been forgotten from the 80’s. Menu was equally outdated. Very few options overall. Nothing much vegetarian or health but the obvious salad choices. Seems like in a town like Vegas with infinite food options they would try harder.
Very nice place to eat I would recommend this place to anyone who asks
Very below average food experience.
When you’re the only table in the restaurant there is no reason or excuse for food coming to your table missing or ordered incorrectly with what seemed like a wait much longer than should have been in an empty restaurant
Don’t have reservation times listed when your closed. Rude staff
Wasnt busy and service wasnt great. Orders messed up too
Server (Stephanie I think) was incredibly friendly, helpful, quick, comprehensive and responsive. Made us feel very welcome, special and tended to us above and beyond our expectations!!! Thank You!!!
Great food. The pasta sauce was delicious. The service was exceptional. Our waiter provided us with insight and options to make our dining experience more enjoyable. The view of the strip was fantastic!
greatest chicken fingers in America --- the Caesar salad was awful though - looked and tasted like it came from a bag
Booked as a birthday meal for my daughter, not even a mention about this from the restaurant! Salmon was very over cooked and LA Lasagne was tepid at most. Not great food at all. But my daughter enjoyed her meal. Most of our adult meals went back.
Good service okay food menu was limited because we had a dinner show deal bit overall good experience
Despite the good service, the food at Planet Hollywood was terrible. We have enjoyed meals there in the past a few years ago but it seems like they may have hired an efficiency expert to cut costs in the kitchen.
Restaurant unhelpful, very long wait even though on time for reservation.
Change your menu so that you don't have to pay $7 for a side salad that is ridiculous
We had dinner here as part of a package deal with a show (Reba, Brooks & Dunn). Salmon dinner was excellent, service was great. Both the server and management were very attentive.
Decent food, chef messed up my order but once I got it, after my company finished eating, it was good! Just SLOW! Good service overall!
Pleasant! Great service, good food
Drinks took 45 minutes, food took another hour, we were missing two meals and they weren't brought out until everyone else was done and the meals were cold when they were finally dropped off. Nothing was comped from our bill, we were also celebrating a birthday and nothing was done for that. The server just pretended like nothing was wrong.
This one was not like the others, it was very down graded
Such a great place. The food is amazing, and such big portions. The staff are so friendly and really looked after us. And the cocktails are so nice!
